The customer service was terrible. I went into the store to get some help looking for something and the employee that "helped" me was rude and disrespectful. She was working the front door, I asked to try on a pair of headphones before I bought them and was saying I couldn't and I was wasting her time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. IS -0- stars an option?Bought a defective computer and they refused to exchange because the one I bought - 3DAYS AGO - is no longer on sale? It won't even turn on!!I keep getting bounced around on the phone, but NEVER to the Coconut Point store whereI bought it to find out if they even have one to exchange it for.!!You are WAY ahead to buy at Amazon or another reputable retailer.Do not shop there.

I'll give a one star because I can't leave it blank but the employees and the management suck a-- they are sorry people I was there for 30 min before someone came to see what I wanted them on top of that employee could find my account and told me that he couldn't find it then I had to call the credit card people to let him know how to find it and telling him I was on there like wowww I left without a computer I couldn't deal with it I was my first time there and never will go back I'm done with Best Buy

Horrible customer service at their Estero FL store with their general manager Edwin Alvarez. Caution shopping here. Called corproate number and no help either. Sold me an appliance that doesnt work and offering little to no help

I have been to this store 3 times and have yet to find an employee to help me. Another time, I spent over an hour trying to add a new phone to my account. I ended up having to go to T-Mobile to buy the phone. On the most recent visit, I saw an employee in the high high-end section, he told me to wait in line behind the wall. I went behind the wall and there was no line. I went back in, and he said he was busy and wait. I browsed for 10 minutes and went back, and he was gone. I went up front to a supervisor, she shrugged and said nothing. I just left and will make my purchase on Amazon.

I have been trying to get a printer problem resolved since Sept 14th with no success. The first try received a schedule date and time window but no one ever showed up or called. Someone from geek squad emailed me two days later to say they would arrive the next day at a time that conflicted with a doctor's appointment. I responded that that wouldn't work and requested a different time. They never responded. I then went back to the store and tried to get someone to send out a geek to fix the problem. They could only reschedule me several weeks out. This time a hurricane forced another cancellation. I called again and got rescheduled two weeks out. The email i got said they would call the day before to give me a time, but no one ever called. So, I called to find out when they would arrive and was told the appointment was cancelled. By whom, they didn't say. I am at wits end with this company and wish I never heard of them.

So first time here. First associate we went up to was kind of rude , ( he genuinely seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance, like it was somehow beneath him) but fortunately he got us someone who was able to help us..He explained features, benefits, and we found something with enough speed and memory to accomplish what we needed. Edwin was great... And he set up our Geek Squad visit....Very happy with our first experience here...

I went to go look at a few products and asked someone for help. They directed me to a certain area and said someone would help me there. I waited there for 20 minutes. Asked someone else if they were busy and if they could answer some questions for me. The guy responded with "Actually I am. I'm on lunch right now." Never looked up from his computer or offered to grab someone who actually was available. I waited a ridiculous amount of time to receive help with the questions I had.

Honestly I was walked in, I knew what I wanted and asked an associate to help me so I can buy it. Said they'd get someone. I waited 10 mins to buy something before asking again to be helped and they said they send someone. Waited another 10 mins and no helped. Didn't get to buy what I wanted cause no one would get it out of the case for me.

As an Executive / Personal Assistant to several high-level clients - my cell phone is my world. Everything lives in it. That said, I rely heavily on the team at Best Buy to help me with all things iPhone. I CAN NOT express enough my complete satisfaction and sheer relief when the team at this particular Best Buy steps in to save my day. Kudos to Destiny, Ishack, and Sebastian at Geek Squad. Disaster occurred, calm quick relief was provided. This is why even when I go back to Michigan - I wait until winter in Florida to make my purchases and hit Best Buy! Thanks again!

So another update not only did Best Buy j*** me around on their warranty now this instaprotec which is supposed to be a liquid screensaver which ended up cracking my screen is reneging on their warranty after I went and got everything fixed and sent them everything that they asked me for along with their email back stating everything they asked me for now they said that I needed some kind of number on the receipt of the place that they sent me to.... Again don't trust any warranties from any of these companies they do their best to weasel their way out of it after they already have your money shame on you..... After reading some of the other reviews I'll be surprised at Best buys around in the next 10 years

Nobody available to answer your calls at this location. If you have a question to ask.... to bad as nobody is there to help out. Looking to buy an iPhone. Looks like I'm buying at one of your competitors. What a d*** location. Manager should be fired for incompetence. Just loss $1,099 bucks today.
