In town for work and heard good things. Driving range was fun, ball machine takes credit card and they gave me some nice demos to hit with. 10/10 recommend. Will make time to play the course next time!

Fairly priced and decent conditions. However, I can carry my bags and wipe down my clubs on my own. I would prefer to be asked if I want the service instead of immediately being expected to tip someone for service I don’t need.

Enjoyed warming up at the driving range, then a scenic course. I am a casual golfer, by that I mean 1-5 times a year, this course was competitive for me and challenging for sure.

I showed up for a tee time for a foursome booked over the phone. Upon check in, I was informed that we did not have a tee time at THIS Stoneybrook. I must have booked a tee time at another course in SWFL called Stoneybrook. Instead of turning us away on a beautiful Sunday morning for golf, the pro shop fit us in, and gave us a discounted rate for the confusion!!! I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service and understanding from the staff at this golf course!! From the pro shop staff to the starter and beyond, this golf course is truly top notch!! I will always choose this golf course first for any future golf outings! The course was beautiful and the staff can't be beat!!

This is one of the nicer golfing communities in the area but my visit was to check out the driving range… Cost was comparable with the other ranges and the staff was great…

Very nice course. However they do not take seriously their pledge to enforce 4 hour rounds. No rangers. 4 hours 45 minutes teeing off at 1130 am.

Just played this today for the first time. Nice guy in the pro shop , the pace of play was atrocious. I was on pace for a 6 hour round so I called it half way and left. Course is in good shape except the greens obviously aerated over the last few weeks so pretty bumpy. Overall would be a fun course to play, just insane the pace of play.

Called Saturday to book a tee time because I refuse to use GolfNow. Like all of these courses in SW Florida none of them tell you the greens were just punched! Why should you not have to disclose that prior to guests booking tee times or at least post it on a website. I understand maintenance but at least let us know prior to teeing off. It shouldn't be the patrons responsibility to ask! Starter told me the same thing, greens were punched two weeks ago but they are in good shape. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Secondly our cart broke down on hole 12. Again I understand things happen but it took the pro shop over 10 minutes to answer their phone and send out a replacement. I really think the course has potential but not at $45 in that condition in July. I left a message for the GM to call me, let's see what happens. Update 7/12 - Left a voicemail and an email for staff with no returns. This course truly doesn't care about their patrons so just another one to cross of the list. Update 7/18 - four attempts to make contact with management, no response. Clearly you don't give a damn about your customers.

Just got my first hole in 1 at Stoneybrook yesterday on No 5 - par 3 from the whites! 2 witnesses with me. Nonchalant response from the pro shop, but based on prior reviews that’s to be expected.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
Stoneybrook Golf Course is hands down the worst golf experience I’ve ever had. The pro shop and starter flat-out lied, claiming the greens were “pretty much healed” – they were actually the worst greens I’ve seen in golf history. Completely unplayable.
On top of that, we had to call the pro shop just to get a drink — no service whatsoever on the course. We’re scratch golfers, and it took us an hour and 25 minutes to play just THREE holes. Why? Because they constantly overbook, cramming the course with no breathing room and creating a miserable pace of play.
This course is a complete joke. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone thinking of playing here to look elsewhere. Save your time, money, and sanity. Stoneybrook is a disgrace to golf.

The Course is a well-maintained and enjoyable course that caters to players of all skill levels. The layout is fair but challenging, with water hazards and bunkers strategically placed throughout the round. The fairways are in good condition, and the greens are fast and roll true, adding a nice level of difficulty—especially on downhill putts.
Pace of play is usually smooth, even during busier hours, which makes for a relaxed experience. The course is set in a scenic Florida community, with plenty of palm trees and wildlife adding to the atmosphere. Staff are friendly and professional, and the facilities—including the driving range and clubhouse—are solid. All in all, Stoneybrook is a great spot for a fun and well-paced round.
