The Supervisor managing the branch on the day I was there was Giselle.
I had a very complex issue to resolve and Giselle went out of her way to help me while also helping her staff.
I cannot thank Giselle enough & would highly recommend banking at this branch of the TD.
I also had a very pleasant couple of meetings with Cassandra, who was very helpful.

Wish I could give zero stars. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with couldn’t get anyone on phone and once I did the lady said “there’s nothing I can do to help you”

I've just recently signed up with TD bank only because of a promotional offer. I've goy several banks and I can tell you right now this has been the poorest experience I've had with a bank. I have no access to my mobile app. I thought the website might let me log in and um no. Like listen TD I just had my full paycheck submitted to you and I cannot access anything? This is a bad date I would walk away from as soon as I see my money you're gone. I have no idea how you're the 10th biggest bank if this is how you treat your customer. Maybe it's because the ridiculous fees you have which you won't be catching me with. TD has sketchy all over them. Unwarranted this bank should be done with. Even with maintenance I had no notification nothing and here it is payday?? I can't access my account excuse you. Shhhhessssh you will be seeing yourself out. No wonder u had to offer me 400$ to get with your grimy selves. Child please I wasn't born yesterday this morning and got sure not thought of tomorrow. However I will forget you a day away from this miss shapen experience. Terrible Terrible Terrible so much Terrible!!! Stay away. There's a reason they got a good bonus, the reason they got so much money is cuz they're skemy with fees stay away people. Worst bank I caught myself in and I have 28 bank accounts atm. Danger grimy bank stay away for real.

Zelle money to TD accidentally, logged in Zelle the money to the correct account, only to get an email stating that my funds won’t be available until Tuesday. Contacted TD the agent told me that because I Zelle the money the same day I cannot Zelle it again, hence the reason it’s delayed and he cannot speed it up due to it being same day. I’ve been using Zelle since it came in and I’ve never had this problem with any other bank as Zelle is instant. What kind of bank is this? I didn’t keep it on TD because the there was no ATM where I was. Smh

Today 2/13 2pm tried calling td bank again rings then disconnects you.Is anyone going to improve this lack of customer service when calling this estero branch of td bank.Does every question require a physical visit?Tuesday 2/6 started calling at 3:15 after holding without anyone picking up after 5 mins they hang up on u.3:40 trying calling again same scenario rings for 5 mins no one answers then your call is disconnected .Does anyone work at the Estero branch?I've had numerous problems with branch it still continue. Time to escalate to a higher level

My husband is 79 and I am 76 I have been with td bank many years in NY and Florida. We called Marianna asked for help in setting up a zelle for my husband Joseph Tirico Marianna gave us a number to call we been trying it for 3 hrs to no avail called the bank aagain at 4:20pm to ask for help no one answer the phone so they leave two seniors to fend for themselves. I am very disappointed with Marianna I called td bank in Naples after 5 they will still working they tried to help us via phone but they couldn't we will be going there to their help tomorrow. At a time of seniors are not savvy in co.Users we are left for hours to try to open zelle acct for Joseph Tirico my husband I literally have chest pains from trying to do this ourselves for so many hours. Management by Marianna has hurt us to get physical sick

Second time driving from Lehigh and their ATM is broken just nit available d during the weekend. It’s only two TD bank in Lee County. I officially can’t do this anymore with you guys. I’m banking elsewhere how ridiculous I s go drive so far out to get access to my money. The next bank is in Naples waste of gas.

As an irate customer, I walked into this TD bank. Instantly Gizelle Rubio, manager, took charge, seated me down, worked on my situation vigorously while simultaneously teaching a new teller the job. In Spanish! When my business takes off, I pray I find an employee like her! She's going places! Top notch!! I walked out smiling ☺

Been banking for years with TD. Great service, financial planning, medallion for stocks... flexible accounts, good hours and atm accessible
