There is a guy that works back In the door depart name is Mike (don’t know his last name) he is really tall) That guy is just super helpful! He knows pretty much everything. I was doing a lot of little projects around my house. I would tell him what I was doing and he gave me tips on how to do it and told me things I should buy to do it right. Definitely would have had to make more trips to buy more stuff if it was not for his advice! Most knowledgeable guy I have dealt with in a hardware store!

Went to Lowes 3x today and the crew here are PHENOMENAL!! My last stop was 12 mins before closing, in desperate need to buy 7 flower arrangements for a friends bridal shower and Danny Ortiz, Outdoor Garden Manager, helped me find everything I needed, got me a cart and didn't make me feel terrible (even tho I did bc it was closing time)!! Now that's customer service!! It's ppl like Danny who create raving fans and brand loyalty. I will never shop at another home improvement store. Love this location and the team! A huge shout-out and thank you!!!

Horrible customer service…tried to return some white candle lights 12/27 …no returns after actual holiday….first of all: Christmas isn’t over until 9th night….(they are not aware of Christmas holiday-only in it fir $$$-No sign indicated this return policy at time of purchase!Never buy anyone Christmas decor as a gift…no way to return the item….per return policy!Customer service staff member Brittany very rude!Plenty of other places to shop!

First off, this is one of the greatest Lowes you will ever have pleasure to shop at. The special forces seal team 6 of home improvement retail is here. DJ helped me mix some paint for my front door and it was an honor. He is a great man and rumors of his greatness have spread far throughout the land. When he was born, it is said that the elders gathered many families together because a great man had been given as a sign great times for all mankind. I also got some googone. And then I was googone?

Very poor customer service and management. No one wants to help, it is funny how they monitoring you but when you actually need and calling for help they disappear.

I would give them zero star if i could. 1_They barely have any staff and 2_ very poor customer service starting from management.I was in the store for about an hour and needed help in the lumber section, the employees from that department refused to come helping after multiple attempts to get them.Thankfully there were 1 gentleman nice enough to help us, and i overheard the manager calling him on the phone upset because he was helping us and stating that the customer (me) has been on the store for over an hour and that they need to find somebody else to help them.From that conversation i can now understand why the employees are not willing to help the customers because management set that example.And that let us know lowes mission statement to deliver the best customer service and value across every channel and community is a complete joke because your management don't even respect that. 1_ I didn't know there were an amount time to be in the store and not needing help. 2_ it is interesting to know you prioritize certain customers over others. 3_ you have enough time to call your employee assisting a customer but you can't bare yourself helping as manager when help is needed. Way to go Lowesi wonder how many customer you lost and will lose with such treatment.Never going back.
