Very nice and spacious gym. I worked with Amanda for my training and she setup a training that worked with my past injuries to get me stronger. I'm still a loyal patron of this gym.

Super friendly, as a visitor I was made to feel right at home . Professional attitude from the owner Rae. Clean and big. Plenty of weights. Open 24hrs. Highly recommended ?.

Dropped in while visiting the area and it was one of the best gyms I’ve been while traveling. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great clean and new equipment with a lot of variety. Love the multiple lifting platforms and they even have a sauna! Highly recommend if you’re staying on the island.
