Gotta give it up to SHAY who is an absolutely delightful person to work with, regardless of your printing/shipping needs. This woman works the room! Addresses customers as they come in, multitasks with multiple customers, all with a sunny disposition and tremendous attitude. What helped me three days in a row with a presentation and event I was assembling. We printed QR codes, PowerPoint slides, surveys, and built tabletop displays. All without much notice! This woman should be running the company.

I can't remember the last time I needed to send a FedEx package but this store makes the process seem less and easy. I already had the prepaid label, so all I needed to do was have it placed in a box and off it went and it arrived the next day...just like they promised. Highly recommend the staff and the services provided

When we walked in they didn't greet or ask what we needed and after explaining what I needed the guy stared at me with a blank look then a female stated they weren't doing that and walked away with a very disgruntled hostile demeanor. They didn't offer any solutions or suggestions. They were very rude and hateful. Will never go there again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I shipped multiple packages with next day service from this site on the 29th of July and all but 1 arrived on time. The employee who printed the labels forgot to put the shipping label on the package, valued at several thousands of dollars, which resulted in it being shipped to some other location. I had to open a claim with FedEx and here I am, almost 3 weeks later with no resolve in sight. The package apparently went to a hotel who was gracious enough to contact me and inform me of the package delivery. I informed FedEx and they have done nothing to try to retrieve it, although they know where it is and have all the contact information. Please do yourself a service and ship with someone else.

There is very good reason that if you go in this FedEx there's not a line there's two very snotty young girls that belong in elementary school or they seem so, everyone is actually over UPS where are you should be if you want good helpful customer service.

I’ve had the opportunity to interact with the manager of this store, Shay, for several shipments. Shay is amazing!! This woman is not only the kindest soul but is a rockstar at what she does!! I’d previously used UPS across the road but solely because of Shay I will use FedEx moving forward. The Best!!!

Lady manager didn't assign email address to my fedex account the way I told her to. We did everything nicely, and as a result international package gets delayed. Cannot access my FedEx account without proper email on file of my email.

I went in this store today to drop off a return package that was prepared by the company that the contents of the package were being shipped back to. It had a FedEx label and it was in a FedEx express box that had the express wording scribbled out. The person working there was so rude. He said that he won’t take the package until I return with a new box. Wasn’t nice about it at all! Customer service is dead there.

Shay is fantastic! I showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Friday to get some architectural plans, which I had ordered online and learned that they would not be shipped until Monday. I desperately needed them that day. Shay took the time to get me what I needed even though the oversized documents literally took almost an hour to print because they were so large. Shay didn't mind helping or staying to get the job done when should could have easily said, "sorry we don't have time to do them today." This professionalism saved me a serious problem. Shay earned my business for everything going forward! Great work Shay.
