The assistant manager, I believe his name was Ian, was extremely informative and friendly. He let me know what they were doing and what all they found. He made sure I understood and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with their service and they were very fast as well. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and they worked extremely well together. Highly recommend!

They have one job and don’t even know how to do it. It took 3.5 hours for a simple oil change. One employee spent a hour in the bathroom doing god only knows what. Once he got out of the bathroom he didn’t know how to remove the skid plates on my vehicle to change the oil filter and bleed out the old oil. I had to drive my vehicle to another shop for them to loosen the bolts to my skids plates, they did it by hand! The “mechanic” at Famous Quick Lube was trying to loosen the wrong bolts. I was told I would be given a tremendous price break for the inconvenience which was appreciated…but a $20 discount and losing 3 hours of my life for something that should have taken 30 minutes AT THE MOST assures me and urges anyone to never go to Famous Quick Lube. I wouldn’t go back if I were given free maintenance for life.

Took good care of my daughter’s car. Recommend past due service and got it back up to par. I highly recommend this business. Chris is a good Service.

These guys were SOOOO nice! My car went haywire hours just before a trip and these guys helped me immediately and were so kind - they spent all this time and found the problem and topped off all the fluids without expecting anything. They were absolutely awesome as I was in quite a fix. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We made it to the reunion and the car is doing great - so appreciate your help when I was desperate! I rolled in with a just needing a simple oil change on May 10th 2021 , The person in charge insists I need a new AC Compressor or my vehicle will stop moving. I go to o’rileys spend around 350$ for parts and pay 300$ for labor . My car spends a full day at the shop, I stay and watch . In the midst of working on my car I over hear him say and I quote ‘I’m going to try something stupid’ long story short I don’t have a working AC now ! I made a review around the 15th or may within hours the owner messaged me to help! I was asked to bring the post down and in return all I’d have to do was buy the part and have it replaced, 1 year later still have no AC thanks guys !!:) give in mind this was all done on property there was no side agreements or anything apon that nature this was on property 1,200 basically out of pocket due to this company. I am leaving on a 3k mile trip and needed a full check and oil change stat. The knowledgeable teck took the time to look at my oil and advise me regarding options before starting the service. He also let me know the costs ahead of time. I appreciate NOT having to stay in a hot car - I went inside and was comfy!
