Not sure what the importance of a text message pre-checkin advising “we are here” if we have to check in again at the kiosk to advise we are here, so I was a little thrown off and not sure what to do without an attendant present but was able to figure it out. Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and spent less than 30 minutes in the building before I was on my way out the door. Lakonda (initials LC) is the definition of great customer service. She was able to get my blood drawn very quickly, professionally and kindly. She kept great conversation during the interaction by greeting me, making small talk, and acknowledged the importance of why I was there. I truly wish I could find someone like her in every health care environment! Thank you for taking pride in your job and making a difference in this world!

There was only two ladies here when I came on June 13th. I had an appointment for a 1 hr glucose test and was called back very quickly. It got pretty busy for the hour I was there, but they did a really good job getting people in and out and checking on everyone in the waiting room to make sure everyone was able to check in and that walk ins understood how the process worked.

We were unable to complete a test without an additional component. The team at Quest Diagnostics in Fernandina Beach was able to facilitate the additional component for the timely completion of the test. We are fortunate to have such an accommodating team on the island.

Waiting area was very clean. I was taken back for my appointment immediately. Technician was nice and efficient. I have had only great service each time I visit.

Have an order for blood work that needs to be drawn 2 days before appt. Tech more worried about audit than keeping me informed on her concerns. NO curtesy call or anything. Doctor about 1 hour away and they are hour a way in other direction. Just created 3 days of he'll for me, when a curtesy call could have solved the whole issue

I was a walk in, but had no wait time. My technician was a sweet young lady who was so good at blood draws that I didn’t even feel it, nor did I bruise! I would highly recommend.

All my visits at Quest have been very satisfying - technicians were all friendly and personable and compassionate. Location was convenient and results were always available the next day!

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR 7:40, STILL WAITING AT 9:10. WORST SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED. THEY BOOK 3 PATIENTS EVERY 10 MINUTES AND RUN 1 EVERY 10 MINUTES SO EVERYONE ELSE BACKS UP.

I never know if my orders have come through properly, so I go out of my way to make sure I get paper copies before I go to Quest. This is highly inconvenient at times. If I could see my orders online to confirm that they have been received correctly, I would have given this a 10. I will say though that I also go out of my way to avoid the quest near my home because they provide such horrible service and are never on time, and that is also a great inconvenience.

My daughter is slight & prone to light-headedness, but Michelle was wonderful with her. Appointment was slightly early, not rushed, gentle, kept her talking about her interests, and overall a professional and compassionate experience. Absolutely the best I’ve experienced.

...Maybe everyone was having a bad day....but rude and unhelpful are Not acceptable. .no. period.
