I went it to see about options on plans due to by bill slowly rising (paying almost $300 a month) Desmond was extremely helpful and got me down to saving me $130 a month. They were so friendly and helpful! Much better than calling 1800 COMCAST! I never get anywhere.Thank you Desmond

Have been trying to get Comcast 2.0 to understand that the cable from the street has been cut due to construction by the county. The automated system is designed to deflect customers, rather than help them.

Jacob at the Fernandina Beach, FL location was absolutely awesome. He excelled at helping my 84 year old mom. He was so patient. He explained the options and packages. She ended up switching to xfinity for cell service, saving her 2000 dollars a year.

Comcast is ridiculous they wanted to charge somebody $248 just for internet and cable and then they don't want to give you any type of a discount like they always have or they take it away from you when they say it lasts for 2 years when it only lasts less than a year.Comcast is ripping everybody off by going up on their prices every single year and it's not just five or six dollars it's per month when are they going to give us a break and offer us something in return for us paying such a astronomical price for their

Switched my services to Flex. Went into the store to work in person since the call centers are a nightmare. I needed 2 flex boxes. Was sent home with one, then upon returning my old equip shortly after I picked up the second one. It didn't work when trying to set it up. Found out after 3 calls that the serial number wasn't scanned into their system. Was sent back to the store but found they couldn't do it. Was given a "special" number to get it set up in the system so I could continue my installation. Now I'm getting UPS texts that they're delivering my equip. I already have my equip! So...5 calls and 3 trips to the store! I may still be getting an unwanted equipment delivery, so will have to do 4th trip to the store to return it. Unbelievable!

Trying to set up with new service is a nightmare. They went to the wrong address and sent equipment to that address . The women I spoke to on the phone suggested I go get it .I called and again told them the correct address . I am being billed for the wrong address and still have no service at the correct address.

We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get our phones transferred from Verizon to Xfinity. Peyton is the Xfinity Associate that helped us and the entire process took less than 30 minutes to transfer 2 phones. Best customer service we’ve experienced in a very - very long time. If I could I’d give Peyton 10 stars!!!

The automated system is a nightmare! I want an answer regarding my bill and all I get is a link to my statement. I am trying to dispute my statement and understand the charges. No live people seem to work at Xfinity any longer.

Xfinity online process has been miserable trying to set up a new account. Live support online gave us the run around. So we went to this location for help. The woman listened to our situation and sent us away with numbers. We were told support would be open, so we went outside and called the number she gave us but they weren't open so we went right back into the store for help. Jakobe assisted us and was very informative! He spoke with support and we left with everything situated and fixed!
