Hunter at the desk was extremely polite and had a genuine desire to help…not just me…but everyone who walked in the store.This is my second time coming in the store this month and his attitude/effort were consistent!

I went to Xfinity to ask about our cable TV package. Elijah, sales associate, took the time to explain our package and our options. He was patient with us, when we asked lots of questions. And being "technically challenged", he took the time to explain everything. He definitely knows customer service!!

I needed to buy new I-phone and Hunter (Sales Associate) was able to find me a great deal. Then he spent extra time helping me get everything transferred and reset. Very patient and personable young men. He's my "go-to-guy" for all things cell phone related now.

Wife went to return xfinity equipment. While there got upgraded to higher speeds under the false tense of only the modem is being upgraded. She calls annd explains the plan annd I tell her to return the equipment and she is told there is nothing they can do. Even when told that the contract is void due to not having myself in store sign. I called the xfintiy help desk and was told there was nothing I could do because "an electronic signature" was done. Here's the thing I wasn't at the store and she isn't an authorized user. On the receipt it clearly says my name and states that it can only be done by myself or authorized which there isn't one other than myself. So who ever signed her up knew that they couldn't do this. Yet when I call the help line I'm screwed over. If I try to go back to my old plan I'm now being charged $120 versus the original $90. Shady work for the person selling this plan to my wife when they were able to see that she isn't authorized. Try to find a number to call the store, surprise no number only the help desk. Voice my concern to them, the supervisor even states this isn't authorized.

Had a wire knocked down by a storm and spent 3 days trying to talk to someone to fix it. The app is unusable. You can't ever even talk to a person. The chat doesn't help at all..what an awful company with 0 customer service. I need my Internet fixed! Hazardous cables laying across all my vehicles!

I went to the fernandina beach xfinity store thinking it was going to take forever to get my cable box exhanged.. However when i walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile Ms. Alix was her name and she was eager to help me. I was impressed with the great customer service Ms.Alix gave me. No lie quick & easy literally!!! Thanks XFINITY (MS.ALIX)

I went it to see about options on plans due to by bill slowly rising (paying almost $300 a month) Desmond was extremely helpful and got me down to saving me $130 a month. They were so friendly and helpful! Much better than calling 1800 COMCAST! I never get anywhere.Thank you Desmond

Have been trying to get Comcast 2.0 to understand that the cable from the street has been cut due to construction by the county. The automated system is designed to deflect customers, rather than help them.

Jacob at the Fernandina Beach, FL location was absolutely awesome. He excelled at helping my 84 year old mom. He was so patient. He explained the options and packages. She ended up switching to xfinity for cell service, saving her 2000 dollars a year.

Switched my services to Flex. Went into the store to work in person since the call centers are a nightmare. I needed 2 flex boxes. Was sent home with one, then upon returning my old equip shortly after I picked up the second one. It didn't work when trying to set it up. Found out after 3 calls that the serial number wasn't scanned into their system. Was sent back to the store but found they couldn't do it. Was given a "special" number to get it set up in the system so I could continue my installation. Now I'm getting UPS texts that they're delivering my equip. I already have my equip! So...5 calls and 3 trips to the store! I may still be getting an unwanted equipment delivery, so will have to do 4th trip to the store to return it. Unbelievable!
