Came here to get some shirts and hats made for my mowing company. First of all, communication was terrible. Was told I would get emailed receipts and get called whenever my stuff was done, but both of those things didn’t happen. Second of all, the stuff took weeks longer than I was told it would be finished by, and again, no call. Lastly, the hats came out terrible. You almost couldn’t read some of the stitched lettering. The only good thing that happened was they gave a refund on the hats. Other than that, I don’t know how this place stays in business. Would not recommend coming here for anything.

Logo XPress did a great job making screen printined t-shirts for my husbands work event.
I called on a Tuesday and the shirts were ready by Friday.
The shirts are great quality and the print looks awesome!
Highly recommend Logo Xpress.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, but I've gone to Xpress since 2018 for personal & business embroidery and the care in detail and professional demeanor of everyone involved should be applauded -their design confirmation process and quality of stitching are to be commended as well.

If I could give a lesser number I would... once you enter this tragedy of a business.. you will instantly be met with a representative that doesn't know the business and very rude..I asked for a manager, who is even more rude then the first.... Ok so the staff should be replaced asap... Now why am I so disappointed.. the product.. a sign... go figure.. something that this company should be good at.. well.. they are not! The metal requested sign that I ordered and they agreed to make... was plastic and the sticker was applied by a third grader... that's unfair a third grader would at least keep it with in the lines.. So after showing the manager and he argued that the bubbles were not visible... I decided to at least stop someone else from waisting their hard earned money there...aapua

A few years ago, I came in for a quote on a decal for my vehicle. After waiting for quite awhile, a young man waited on me. I told him exactly what I wanted (vinyl lettering for my car) and he tried to sell me something I didn't want (full color screen for my back window) The quote seemed very high compared to other places I checked with and wasn't what I wanted. They also had some signs sitting there that they had printed up for a colleague. The printing didn't look good. I took my business elsewhere.

The owner had fired me for trying to follow covid protocol, he does not care about anyone's health or safety as I have been put into many dangerous and hazardous situations over the years, this is the worst. An employee had tested positive for covid and the owner Tom, continued his day as it was normal. Went to run errands at walmart, picked up from a vendor, and even served a customer before getting a negative test result or sanitizing the store. I have been a faithful and commited employee for almost 4 years and was let go because I wanted to do what was right. It is obvious he only cares about making money and sales as he would not even close the store for a few hours to come up with a plan to keep everyone safe.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had them embroider a few hats for work. The first batch did not come out to meet their standards so they refused to give them to me. They then went back redid the logo design to make work better. They also refunded me to equal out the purchase of new hats. The second batch came out great and I am very pleased. Good people, good customer service, good quality and good prices. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
