The female white or Hispanic cashier in the front with blond hair was watching myself and my family as soon as we walked in. She stared us down even when we were in the line waiting to pay for everything. When it came to me paying for my groceries. She was cold, aloof, and rude. I was trouble with my card and she was of little help. The line was also extremely long, but I can deal with that if she wasn’t rude towards myself and my family. I’m not sure if it was because we were African American, but she was completely fixated in us and not other people in the store. Disgusting behavior!

In the past, the store was dirty and disorganized. Today it was pleasant to see the store, making a big change. It was very clean, and thing were organized and easy to look for the stuff your looking for. Good job. Looking forward to come back to the store.

I just left this store. It's a mess and dusty. The product is not fresh and very questionable. I purchased a Naked juice and when I look at the bottle it's expiration date was 7/8/23... I hope it doesn't make me sick!

This location is horrible to shop at, always only one register open. Other employees see the massive line build up but never try to help. People grocery shop here so customers with under 5 items will always be waiting for a long time in line. Horrible!!

5 min of shopping 20 minutes to pay. The young lady at the register is pregnant, nothing wrong with that but the other 4 employees stinking shelves could easily learn how to run a register. I feel bad for giving it one star cause it’s my neighborhood but the manager ignores the length of customers while staring at his phone acting to stack an already full shelf. I observed this while patiently waiting to be rung up with easily 10 ppl up to 3 to 4 items in front of me and about the same amount behind. It was good conversation with those close to me in line.

The family dollar in opa locka is horrible! Never have anything! And the employees can use some serious training in customer service! They need 2 go ahead and make it a dollar store or something! Cause everything about that store sucks! They need 2 get Shaun back! That's when things ran smoothly! My recommendation? Pass and go 2 the next family dollar!
