No, no, no. Stay away. This company is very hard to communicate with, Paul in particular. Asking for info that is not needed to come out and bid a job. Can't find the info that was sent to his business email. No very professional.

Had a question about some signs they installed on a 120ft boat 4 years ago. The owner & his guy were able to look up the 4 year old invoice from the old boat owner & were able to advise me in what to do for troubleshooting & answer my technical questions. Not everyday do you find this in our industry!

Let me say first off, I chose to go with this company because of its 5 star google reviews, I am normally not quick to bash anyone because I run a business also and know that sometimes things don't go as you plan them, but with that said I contracted this company to do a wall sign for my Business, gave them half deposit in December 2021 today is September 12 2022 & they still can't get it done right, every time I speak to Paul there is an excuse about the City making errors on the permits and when I check with the city they have no paperwork for revision, nothing but incompetence or people who don't know what they are doing as far as I am concerned.

Called up a few sign places and walked into a couple of them to see if they could make me 2 vinyl decals and everyone pushed me away or told me they could get around to it but insisted that i bring them a vector file or it would be extra if i didn’t. Pulled up to Broward signs and Roberto helped me out without hesitation. He’s a great guy who’s detail oriented and knows his stuff! Got me in and out in a timely manner for a very fair price. If I ever need anything else done I’ll definitely be going back here.

I am very impressed with their quest for excellence. When they did my sign the logo was not sufficient size to create a quality product and so they did not want to do it and just give me anything. So they suggested that I get a better higher resolution Logo so that my sign would look the way I envisioned it. I did but it still wasn't a sufficient size. So they would not develop the final product until it was correct. Some companies would not have gone through this process. They would just print it and say it was the best they could do with what I gave them I highly recommend this company.
