I have been going to faithfarm for decades. Faithfarm has been a lifesaver for me as a single parent when I needed things I couldn’t afford. There is one woman who works upstairs in the clothing and jewelry department. She works primarily at the register or is usually at the jewelry counter. She is selectively friendly to certain patrons but otherwise aloof and rude to others. in all the decades that I’ve been shopping at faith-farm I have never experienced someone with an attitude like this. I don’t even want to shop there anymore because of her.

Faith Farm wants everything showroom perfect, otherwise they will not take it. I thought they repair items. They need to teach those people who are recovering a trade like repairing items.

This post is in reference to Faith Farms donation pick-up: a medium size pickup -- the donations filled 3 flat dollys and 2 rolling carts.- I used the Faith Farms dispatch service to set an appointment. They were very pleasant to work -- responsive and patiently answered all my questions!- The Pick Up crew called ahead to let me know they were on their way and provided an ETA. They arrived on-time -- actualIy a few minutes early! They were very nice, polite and professional. And, very efficient and respectful of the items they were loading.All-in-all, everyone I dealt with for this pickup were wonderful representatives of Faith Farms and Faith Farms' community work!Thank you so much!

To whom it may concern,I am writing to express my profound concern over the practices observed at Faith Farm Treatment. It has come to my attention, based on the experiences of a close family member, that the patients at this facility may not be receiving the level of care and ethical treatment that is expected of a reputable institution.Treatment Duration: The duration of healing provided at the facility appears to be disproportionately short in comparison to the needs of the patients. While every individual's recovery journey is unique, it is vital to ensure that treatment durations reflect a genuine commitment to the well-being of the patients.Workload: I have been made aware that patients are subjected to exceptionally high workloads, which raise concerns about the ethicality of their treatment approach. Treatment centers ought to prioritize patients' physical and mental health over undue labor.Safety Concerns: There was a deeply concerning incident where a patient was left stranded outside, and the center reportedly failed to contact emergency services. Such a lapse in ensuring the safety of patients is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.Resource Allocation: It is troubling to hear that while the center has good-quality furniture and food, these resources don't appear to be accessible to the patients. Such disparities might not be conducive to the healing environment that is promised.Lack of Basic Necessities: It's alarming that patients are not provided with essential necessities such as water during field activities. Additionally, the practice of using their tip money to purchase food, only for it to be later confiscated, raises significant concerns about the center's integrity and the financial exploitation of patients. In light of these concerns, I strongly urge a thorough review of Faith Farm Treatment Center practices. Patients and their families entrust such facilities with their well-being and recovery, and it is imperative that these institutions maintain the highest standards of care, ethics, and transparency.I look forward to seeing constructive changes to ensure that all patients receive the appropriate and ethical care they deserve.

They don't show up and I have called several times for pick up and they are very unreliable. I am still waiting for my furniture and household items to be picked up. I just called dozens of times literally and the last time I called they hung up on me. It's as if they are doing me a favor. I think I will go donate elsewhere.

I have been shopping there for years. It is a thrift store for crying out loud, not Macy's. It's big, and they have a ton of stuff! I don't know what people are complaining about, and I don't know why they have an overall of 3.5 stars! Sounds to me that they the low prices aren't enough. Appears some of the reviewers are more interested in warm, emotional fuzzies than a bargain. For the serious: go and shop for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

At first, I thought it would be a great program for my fiancé. They tell you things at admission that they don't follow through on. I understand what others say in regards to they just want people to work for free. I've seen them send somebody back to day 1 because they weren't progressing as fast as they wanted. They claim that they are there for healing the family and strengthening the family....absolutely not true. They will do everything in their power to cause issues in relationships, especially if it means they get to keep a guy that actually has a license, because they use those guys the most and don't want to lose them. There are other programs with higher success rates.... don't put yourself or your loved one through the hell of Faith Farm. They look good from the outside, but once you're in their circle and you see what's what.... you realize it's just a facade. I asked them on Monday to have my fiancé call me because I will most likely be homeless in a couple of weeks. They didn't think that was all that important and had him call me Friday not even knowing why he was calling me. Like I said, they don't care. It's a business to them. Nothing more.

I never thought I would say something like this but despite it being a rehab, the 8 months I spent there in fort Lauderdale campus was by far some of my best memories in my life up to date. We need help. We need Jesus. We need to be clean for our souls and bodies. Faith farm offers all life changing help only if you let them they will not play games with you. You are not serious. Leave a bed open for somebody that is speaking from experience

This place has become nothing but GREED. As someone that has shopped here over the years, the prices have gone up, and most of it is JUNK. This "ministry" collects anything of value FOR FREE as donations & sells it for top dollar on EBay instead of servicing the community with affordable items. Absolute blasphemy. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a "not for profit Christian organization". Someone is getting filthy rich off of others honest donations in hopes of it helping the community & their pledge for sobriety. Do not donate here.

I was immediately waited on and arrangements were made right away for someone to pick up my donations. Confirmation notices were sent to my phone as a reminder. Miguel and Enrique arrived arrived on schedule. They were very careful putting my donations on the truck. They thanked me and left a receipt for my donations. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to wait all day.

I am so grateful someone suggested this location to drop off my mom's furniture. I had to rent a uhual to bring to this location since they do not pick up in the Miami Beach area and I was short on time, since we were moving to another state the following morning. The manager (I believe named is Michael) was so kind to let us drop her items, even though it was just past 5pm and the workers were about to go home. A few real-life-angels helped unload our truck and were so kind to us while doing it. The manager and his staff were God-sent and we are so blessed to have met them. The staff was full of smiles and one was singing while working. It was such a pleasant sight to see during such a stressful time for me. I will always be thankful for how they treated us and I send them love and blessings for their kindness and huge help!

I was here it's good if you want a work program or are trying to avoid prison. Staff admitted to me they actually have a 97 percent failure rate.. there's no room for growth even after you complete they try to keep you there. If you or your family need a real Christian program that helps you then give you a apartment and employ you it's called Justin's place in naples FL. I wouldn't recommend faith farm to anyone unless you're trying to avoid prison or absolutely need a place that let's you smoke lol
