I can’t say enough about the invaluable help we received from Juliet in our search for an apartment from overseas. This was our second time working with Juliet. If you want a true resource and wealth of knowledge, Juliet is the one. for the job. Buying a home in south Florida can be a stressful undertaking but Juliet’s advice and guidance throughout the process (both times!) was invaluable. I can not say enough good things about working with Juliet…I almost can’t wait to buy or sell another house so we can work with her again!

Through a quick Yelp search I found Juliet. I liked that she had the experience with owning and managing her own air bnbs and VRBO's locally. Her knowledge in this area was extremely vital in my decision making process. Could not be more pleased with her work ethic, market knowledge and negotiating techniques. In past home purchases we found ourselves frustrated with realtors who were not knowledgeable and looking for a quick sale. Juliet was a breathe of fresh air. She knew the answers to our questions. When she wasn’t sure, she found out the definitive answer for us. She got us in to see a number of properties and gave us sound advise on each. My wife and I first met Juliet when she helped us 3 years ago find a rental property here in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. We always had goals to buy our first home, but could not decide exactly where that would be. I'm very happy to have been able to work with Juliet. She listened to what I was looking for and went out to find it. On day 2 of our search I begrudgingly looked at a house that she had picked out that wasn't on my list. It was perfect. The sale went smoothly. I don't live in town and Juliet was very accommodating in walking through the house FaceTiming or videoing when I wasn't present. It's always a treat when I'm able to work with someone that is genuinely there to help. I highly recommend.

I had hired another agent to sell my home who was unsuccessful and was a terrible experience overall. After much frustration I knew it was time to part ways with that agent and move on. Juliet is Beyond AWESOME! She's incredibly knowledgeable of not only the Fort Lauderdale area but also the buying process from start to finish. Super responsive, not "salesy" - never felt pressured throughout the process, which I really appreciate.
