I haven’t found a Hallmark store since I migrated from New England. This store was great! Hallmark Christmas ornaments were out along with a great variety of Hallmark cards and gifts you come to expect at a Hallmark store.

I recently visited Nouri’s Hallmark Shop in Fort Lauderdale to pick up a gift bag and a couple of greeting cards for a friend’s birthday. While the store itself had a cute and nostalgic vibe, with some charming Christmas and Halloween items on display, I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience.
Firstly, the store felt somewhat empty, with many shelves and racks either bare or sparsely stocked, which made it seem like it wasn’t fully operational. Although I found a cute card and a fun little magic eyeball gift, I was surprised that no one in the store approached me to offer assistance. In fact, I had to ask for help twice, which left me feeling a bit neglected.
One of the reasons I choose Hallmark is for the special touch, like the gold seals for their cards, but I had to specifically request those as well, which was frustrating. I also purchased the 2024 singing and dancing Holiday snowman keepsake, only to watch the clerk stuff it into a small plastic bag. This lack of care for my purchase, along with the missed opportunity to use a more appropriate paper bag, really bothered me.
Overall, while I enjoyed browsing, the lack of customer service and attention to detail, combined with the high prices, left me with a less than satisfying experience. It’s unfortunate, as this is one of the only Hallmark stores near my home in Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors, but I’m not sure I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.

Rude people, they think you have to come in and buy and leave without the right to choose, if you need to make an exchange expect the worst, they scream and don't want to help you
