Worst deli ever. The black women making sandwiches have no quality control. I had a bad experience once and gave it the benefit of the doubt, but it happened again and then again. My advice to everyone is to avoid this Publix. I blame the Management. A manager needs to sit back and watch, it will be obvious.

The wait line at the Deli is ridiculous! Came in for a sub at 1 and waited 20mins to get my sub. They should be plenty staffed on the weekend. Won't be coming here soon.....

My experience this morning at Publix was frustrating. I only needed to buy a few items under ten. See the pic I posted of the person ahead of me and not a single employee addressed the matter. They offer an express check out lane with a well lit sign stating "ten items or less" and it's almost never enforced. What they should do is contact someone at corporate who can then send a memo to all Publix locations in regards to this matter and see that it is enforced.

LaQuanda in the deli went above and beyond to make me happy. I placed an order online and it turned out that i actually placed it at the wrong publix. LaQuanda helped me out and and made my order super fast and was so friendly and kind about it. She couldve told me to get in line and wait, but instead put my needs first and made my experience awesome. Its so hard to find good people to work in customer service, and LaQuanda is one of those good people! She seriously made my day.

On vacation, decided to get a few things to have in our hotel room. Selection of seltzers and beers was ok. Wine selection good. We got some pineapple chunks, those were good. We also got grapes, when we opened them at hotel we noticed that they had fungus growing. We didnt go back because it made no sense to spend more money on an Uber.

Baggers don't pay attention to their simple job!! Numerous occasions I got home only to find they didn't pack all my groceries!!!!! WTF- you take it for granted they load all your stuff-got to start watching them since they have trouble doing such a simple job

Lack of empathy for the customer as well as overall customer service. Dropped off a prescription and asked when it would be ready if I waited. They informed me 1 hour. I used to work at a name pharmacy and if someone wanted to wait, it was 20 minutes tops. They informed me I would get a text message when my prescription was ready. No text. Now I have to call and wonder to avoid getting there frustrated if it is not ready. Do better.

I just move here and this Publix is my neighborhood grocery store. The three time I have shop there my service have been terrible. No one help me in the deli, customer service deck the line was long and the employee didn't speak. I can believe this was Publix. My number one store for grocery to shop. Who every is the General manager please give your employees customer service training. Thank you Store number 1094

Went into this chemical and food outlet 10:30am this Wed. I was hoping to grab a quick hot meal. So I waited in line, asked the hot food server, what's the season on the chicken and she immediately lashed out, " I HAVE NO IDEA!!!" Then she turned her head and yelled at a colleague, "hey whats on the SMOKED chicken???" Anyway, I bough my meal, not the carcinogenic smoked chicken, I purchased wings instead, although one of the flats were undercooked. P.s. Publix sells hybridfoodandwitchcraft

Have always had a problem with this Publix! The assistant customer service manager is a complete B!tch if she's not verbally attacking the workers you can usually catch her walking around with her fake smile ! We get it lady you're a Hispanic woman who's a manager at Publix, congrats let me pop the bubbly! Tonight I asked the pharmacist if she could Suggest a over the counter remedy for trust ... baby's usually bet it etc she sent her minion over a young black man to tell me no ! I said there's nothing you can recommend? Baking soda and hot water? Salt and hot water ? She couldn't be bothered she just kept staring at the computer I said thanks for the help! What a t**** If you don't want to help people then why are you a pharmacist ? You are literally the people who the dr come to for medications like would it have been so hard to say honestly gargling with salt water will help but you may need to take the little guy to the dr to get a RX for a mouth rinse do better people

I don't care much for going to Publix. But this day, I needed bread and it was right next to the UPS I was going to. I only wanted bread. Such a basic item and it wasn't labeled on the isle markers up top. 3 rounds to the whole place and ended up asking an employee 'cause it's not labeled. I just don't trust their pricing strategies, especially with the produce, many things are super overpriced. Went in, got what I needed and got out. It's in a super busy area so there's traffic all around. Much rather Trader Joe's, it's a fun place

Dropped my prescription at 11AM and was told in hour they would text me with status. It was almost 4PM and no had texted nor call about status. When I called them after 4PM the guy that answer just said they were busy and for them to text status would take too long, when they were the one's who assured me they would be texting w/ status. He was simply rude no customer service at all as I waited for quite some time to give them extra time to give me a status of prescription. I'm definitely not going back to this pharmacy.
