I had a great experience dealing with these guys. They were very experienced and provided every option to me. Nick was awesome, he communicated everything very clear to me and was readily available by phone to answer any of my questions. They closed in 2 weeks just like he said. They bought the house AS IS. My house needed so much work it was just unbelievable. I just wanted to get rid of it and have no headache. I owed property taxes on the house it was a real nightmare.
