The most incompetent group of people. They do not know what they are doing, lazy and not helpful.I went with my partner in December 20 to get a debit card. He had the account opened a long time, we were living together in Fort Lauderdale, I was moving there from NY. Not even now, on January 6 I received the debit card.I came back to NY for 2 weeks and I found a letter from them. But not the card. Why they sent me correspondence in NY when the address on the account was in Florida???Few times I went there and they were clueless, like they were in drugs, not able to help in any way.

Daniel, the premier banker is great, takes his time with you, advises on different accounts and makes you feel like family. Renata and Tamara are 2 of the sweetest most professional tellers I’ve ever come across. So sweet and always a pleasure to see!

ATM at this location ATE $400 in $100 bills!!! I walked directly into branch to address issue and showed the 50's I got returned with holes punched in it and corners eaten... I was told the atm is managed by a third party company... wait THREE MONTHS TO SAY THERE IS NO MONEY ISSUE!!! THERE IS A MAJOR ISSUE IM missing $400 and now im blocked from making atm deposits!!!!! BEWARE THIS LOCATION IS PREYING ON ELDERLY AND OUT-OF-TOWNERS WHO MAY NOT TAKE NOTICE OF SHORT CHANGES!!!

Worst Service and completely inept! Waste of time!! Teller could not reset my pin, had to wait for another rep. Teller then proceeded to make excuses for her inability and argue!?! Appalling customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She couldn't even take a cash deposit???

Went to the branch to open an account with them. Was greeted properly and asked to wait. No issue. Four individuals sitting behind their desks with no customers. Was informed that we would have to come back on another day. Yeah I don’t think so. Walked straight across to AmTrust and met with a wonderful team member who was more than happy to open an account for us on the spot. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with Wells Fargo and go where you are valued.

A Five Star review isn't enough, but it is the maximum number allowed, so Five Stars it is! Thera and Daniel are the epitome of professional. They are truly an asset to the company, and are a dynamic duo! I'm so grateful for their customer service, patience, and quality of communication. The tellers I've worked with so far have also been kind, friendly, and professional too. Thank you for being a neighborhood bank that still believes in old fashioned customer service.

Let's make sure we understand, 5 stars is relative to banks in general. Since my move to Fort Lauderdale 20 years ago, I've had accounts with 5 banks, 3 brick and mortar and 2 internet. Wells, this branch and the downtown location on Las Olas have always been infinitely better than my other banks at initiating and processing out of the ordinary transactions. They just get done, usually at the branch no less. Pros: Super in person customer service. The wait can be aggravating at times but at least whatever I want is done right, the first time. Far more capable branch, and corporate, level staffs than other local banks including New York's most self congratulating, largest money center bank's local branches. Infinitely better than my 2 internet banks which I've pretty much made dormant. No matter how many times I initiated the same transaction, they'd screw it up. Cons: Not overly impressed with the current branch manager. Expect nothing and your expectations will be met. Who hired this one? A bit of a facelift to the premises might take a higher priority than exec comp. Perhaps even make the execs pay all the fines associated with their blunders. The systems are ancient and behind other banks. Inefficient and made more difficult by a Marketing department that assigns unique terms to the most basic of features. Don't look for a credit card statement. I forget what they call a credit card but it's there somewhere.

I was their client for 15 years and have no complaints of the bank staff. Very professional, friendly and always with a smile. I just found out that that branch is Temporarily Closed.
