Zak is always available nearly immediately. He listens attentively to all concerns be it small or an emergency situation and follows thru promptly. These are attributes of rare commodity in this fast paced 21st century. There is a merry-go-round of competitive rates forever changing but the price difference seldom makes up for quality service.

Zachary Kopf was our agent for our condo in West Palm Beach, Florida.When we first bought the condo, he was one of only a few insurance companies that would insure our property. He was personable and professional. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I highly recommend him and his insurance company.
