First visit today: I’ll wait while until you put your phone down to address me waiting at the counter. If you can’t pull those ear buds out of your ears to acknowledge I asked a question, said thank, complimented your blue hair, or have a nice day….maybe customer service isn’t your thing. Second visit: sitting in the parking lot to get gas and pay cash for it, many people have walked up to the door and eventually got tired of waiting because no one would open the door. All they would do is look at us and shake their head no that they were closed apparently. No sign on the door. While sitting here to make a complaint, they did come out the door but they still are closed and said that the registers are down I asked if they had pen and paper to put a note on the door and they said no. I asked for a corporate phone number and they said this wasn’t a corporate store. Pay at the pumps working just fine.

Left my wallet here and they said that the manager has to be there to open the safe. I’ve shown up several times and have called numerous times and still have yet to get my wallet back.

I thought this gas station was open 24/7 (it usually is)… I guess not tonight. Oh wait, it was ONLY open for this one man in the photos attached!!! I guess this man is one of her friends because they chatted quite a bit and then he purchased something. There are currently several people trying to go inside to purchase stuff but she won’t let anybody inside, only her friend. Great way to run a business… The older lady working is incredibly rude and quite clearly does not want to be open or working.I’m writing this review while sitting in the parking lot and she just keeps walking over to see if I’m still here and then she angrily stares at me. I’m now about to leave and happily go spend my money some where else!!!Definitely AVOID GOING TO THIS GAS STATION, unless it’s an emergency. There are plenty of other gas stations close by!Edit: Filled my tank up right down the road and spent 47$ on snacks! I can’t help but wonder how much money this gas station has lost from the amount of customers she has turned away… Also, from reading the other reviews it seems like this isn’t an isolated incident!

I come here often but never have been so dissatisfied with this store lately there has been a young man working nights, I was expecting him but what i was greeted with was disappointment this elderly lady who was the cashier was standing outside the door telling everyone outside including me that she was not able to “ring anything up” because the systems were down. I listened and got back in my car. not even a minute later a man pulls into a gas pump and knocks on the door, expecting her to turn him away I watched for a moment but imagine my surprise when i saw her unlock the door let him in and hug him. she then walked inside with him and locked the door back.please get this lady and store under control IMMEDIATELY

Has the absolute rudest workers I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. They are just rude, mean and nasty people. The only people I would recommend this place to are masochists that haven't been emotionally abused in a while.

If you come here to get convenient fuel,,,,, dont bother, the owner leaves all the outdoor pumps with an empty receipt machine, so you have to come in and wait through line to get one. He does this hoping you will buy something else. I asked him about it, he ingored me.....

Kind of rude I know it's the holiday and everybody's on Edge but that is no reason to ignore the customer when they are trying to talk to you.

Cashier seems drunk or high both something going on with her the way it took like 20 minutes to get rung up she kept bringing stuff up multiple times and accidentally canceling the purchase her sink was overflowing and running water all over the place and she's just completely oblivious to the world owner needs to get down there ASAP he's going to show up to a burnt down gas station how things are going with this lady there PSA definite liability should not be opening let alone running that store alone
