Horrible hours, female employees dressed inappropriately, fees for everything, no money markets, 2 employees standing around talking while white a number of customers were waiting in line, branch closing, understaffed. Leaving BOA for fantastic Suncoast Credit union

Manager and workers very rude.They did not pay my condo taxes.Big problem they made it worst by how I was treated.I finally got my refund by reporting them to Corporate.

No Drive Thru. That was the strongest feature they had going for them.
