I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru line to make a deposit. I had to go to walk so I hit the call button at least 6 times then tried to call the bank while watching 4 employees standing inside. So I then went inside to get my deposit and not one of the employees apologizes. I completely understand if they were technical difficulties but to be completely rude and ignore me wS extremely unprofessional. I have my personal and business account here amd have had it for over 2 decades. I honestly want to switch banks after this situation.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience at Trust Bank due to the consistently horrible wait times. The tellers do their best, but they’re clearly overwhelmed, and it’s evident that the staff in the office don’t step in to help, even when lines are long and customers are visibly frustrated. Management is aware of the issues, but they don’t seem to be taking any action to resolve them or support their team. It’s clear that more staff are needed to improve the service and reduce these wait times. Until things change, be prepared for a very long wait."

I really wish I would have gotten the WONDERFUL woman's name I dealt with yesterday... SHE WAS AMAZING. I had a issue with my new account I was unaware of the policy about mobile checks. I set up my account online. This woman WENT OUT OF HER WAY FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS!!!!!!! I'M A SINGLE MOM AND SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT HER KINDNESS AND DEDICATION TO A NEW CUSTOMER DID YESTERDAY! She took a HUGE weight off my shoulders..... We couldn't be more grateful for her. She normally works in estero. The world needs more employees like her. She was so patient... I haven't seen an employee at dedicated. She could have just turned me away and said I can't help you. Instead she made call after call after call until she got the right person to work with us and give her the verification she needed. I know I made the right choice leaving Chase to come here! Trust VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! She's a young womanwith black hair. SHE NEEDS A RAISE OR A CERTIFICATE OR SOMETHING. THANK YOU SO MUCH I'M SO SORRY I DON'T REMEMBER YOUR NAME! I should have asked before I left but I was late for work. Thank you! You turned everything around for me.

Single handedly the worst branch. Ever since suntrust became truist its been all downhill. Everytime i go here (which will be the last!) Theres 1 teller doing inside and drive thru and lines litterly to the door. Service is poor at best. The reason im concidering using another bank entirely! Wow smh

At 1130 am , with at least 6 people standing in line, only One visible employee working both front counter and drive thru... Went to drive thru... Over 25 minutes of waiting on ONE car in front of me... I get to window, and sat another 10 minutes and left. Anytime I can't get decent service from a bank I've been a client of for almost 30 years... It's way past time to change to a new bank. God help the one person working so hard inside by herself. Sad that Truist (formerly BB&T) won't hire enough employees to service their clients. But then again, that's why I won't be a client any longer. Sun Coast has much better service in every way.

They strike yet again. Sitting in the drive through, at the window, for more than 15 minutes without even an acknowledgment or reassurance that we will be helped soon. That’s customer service 101.
It’s early afternoon on a Thursday. Not even peak time.
I wanted to deposit more than $20k and open a new account. Looks like I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Thx for nothing.

This location continually proves to be a horrible one with staff who seem to have issues, and a branch manager who appears to have absolutely 0 interest in anything, sitting in the office and not greeting anyone, even just to say give us a few moments please.
Leadership needs a change here. Other locations are far more helpful, with branch managers who come out if there's a wait to at least acknowledge us.
No wonder the only time we have actually been assisted is when we use the ATM - we have had to leave every time we've gone in without being helped.

Why are all locations so slow and constantly short handed? Friday morning...busy banking day. Two people here. One busy doing something on the computer at the teller, don't know what. The other handling the line and drive thru. Rediculous.

Went to trust in palm beach ft Myers. 4 bankers sitting. Manager asked to help me but said he and others had appts all day. Soo I went to trust at Colonial Center. Only 1 banker (Roxanne)and she took me on immediately. Took care of my problem with upmost customer service. Then I dealt with Pooja and Tammy tellers. Can’t say enough about such excellent customer service. I will go there extra mile just to deal with these professionals. Thank you Truist

The service is so slow. But it is the only branch open on Saturday in the area, so they are busy.
