Very disappointed to see that prices are different online. The sweater I wanted for online pickup I couldn’t get because the online inventory isn’t up to date as to what’s in the store. Very frustrating system. No one was able to assist and just said sorry that’s how it is.

Super disappointed with the service I received. When I walked in firstly I wasn’t greeted which is fine staff is busy speaking to other customers. On top of that, I was there for a pickup order. I gave my info and explained the items that were supposed to be there. The staff member assured me they would check my things to verify they were all the right items. When I got home to unbox these funkos I came to find that one of the four I ordered was a completely random one from an entirely different series. I love boxlunch and have shopped here since open but I am very disappointed in the services I received today.

The only reason why I go to Edison mall. I love this store so much, as a figure collector, they have a really good selection from several shows. The employees are also super helpful and kind. I was helped by an employee with black hair and a mask recently and their customer service was amazing. Great store.

Love love LOVEEEEE this store. Employees are super helpful and nice only complaint is buying ANYTHING from them online they have horrible shipping experiences. (Ie, ordered on a friday it said expected monday and still hasnt even been dropped off to ghe post office as of said monday ?)
