The Chase Bank branch where I normally bank is closed today. It is a couple of days after the hurricane. I called this Branch to verify whether they were open or not. I was told everyone was busy helping other customers and to call back. After reading the reviews, what I heard on the recording must be a lie. I am very happy with my branch.

silly that Chase has a company policy of not providing their staff as witnesses for a document that needs notarizing. they expect you to bring in 2 of your own while they have staff standing around that could easily be witnesses. I confirmed with my attorney and he agreed with me . Time to look for a new bank as this bank does nothing for me. poor customer service. No drive up window either. ugh

ATMs didn’t work. Employees are rude. I was told something is wrong with my account, & to call the 1-800 number.
I drove down the road to the next Chase bank, was helped by a very nice lady & withdrew the money I needed.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR CASH CARD YOU CAN'T WITHDRAW MONEY HERE. There are no tellers. This is a waste of time and stupid. You should get negative 57 stars.

ATM wasn't working and it was raining! 2nd day that I tried to get money out of that ATM location.

Super rude and gave judgmental comments to clients. Was teaching life skills and this man's rude behavior and comments didn't help.The mental health we all don't share is less important than the humanity we all do share.Learn some humanity please especially as the manager.You lost more than one customer that day.

Need to get tellers back. There were at least 3 maybe 4 people working, yet because I didn’t bring my debit card with me, I couldn’t make a cash deposit. I did have a deposit ticket, but was told they don’t take cash at this branch without using the ATM. I was told to drive to another location. So much for a neighborhood bank.

Went to the ATM to make a withdraw and one of the bills was a ripped $20 bill. Completely ripped in half and taped together so I'm not sure why the ATM had this bill. Since most businesses will not accept ripped money I went inside the branch to try to exchange it for a good bill. The employee told me this bank doesn't have any money so I would have to deposit it back into the ATM and withdraw another. The problem is the ATM would not accept it Because it's ripped! So then I was told once again that there was nothing they could do because this branch doesn't have any money. It seems ridiculous that a bank has its ATMs issue bum money and then they can't do anything about it. I know this seems like a little thing but it just seems wrong. If your ATM is giving out bad bills you need to make it right. Since they can't do so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

you can't reach anyone OR leave a message. you get a VM saying no one is available and to call back. i need to cancel a credit card for fraudulent charges, and you can't get it done. it is the WORST ever. below one star.

Poor customer service for the second visit to this branch. Unfortunate this branch must pull down the CHASE name with poor management. Tried calling numerous times after problem occurred to discuss, but the phone is never answered. HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU’VE COME ACCUSTOM TO WITH CHASE.
