I had the most wonderful experience at Clothes Mentor today. My goal was to find a dress for an upcoming wedding. The sales associates were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Needless to say, my search was successful and I left with a dress and additional pieces. Great selection, organization and prices. Two thumbs up!👍🏻👍🏻

Today i just happened to walk into Clothes Mentor and was greeted as soon as I entered. The music in the background was Christian music which was so soothing. I then met Rebecca the salesperson who was so helpful in gathering all my selections and setting me up in a dressing room. As i was checking out they had a great sale going on so i really made at well! All the sales ladies were so friendly and happy at checkout. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend! Had another great experience at Clothes Mentor Ft Myers….. greeted warmly when you walk in, fair assessment and price for the clothing I offered and love the 25% up-pay if you use store credit.
I love that I always see the same smiling staff members and I can find so many quality treasures at great prices.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service here. Julie, was extremely disrespectful. She cut me off mid-sentence and immediately put me on hold without any explanation. On top of that, she spoke to me in a very rude tone, as if I was dumb, which was both insulting and unprofessional.
All I wanted was help so I could purchase an item online for shipping. I understand being busy but I don’t understand why she treated me the way she did. Seeing all the comments/reviews about how the staff is so friendly is incorrect. I will not shop from this location ever again.

Took Brand new pair only worn once, Scheters slip resistant and a very dressy pair of Michael Kors low heel, again only worn once. All I got for them was $9 and change, for both. Not at all what expected. My shoes were new and not at all worn

Well organized, resale store with a friendly staff and excellent inventory of high-end designer purses. I snagged a Louis Vuitton back pack while staying in Fort Meyers. The store shipped the bag to my home in Ohio for free. The bag included a certificate of authenticity.

Rude!!!! I brought items in to sell. After going through my items which included JP Tod, Anne Klein etc. She offered me $6.00 for a purse that was hand made in Italy. She was extremely stuck up. I will never spend my money there again

I am a regular shopper at the Fort Myers Clothes Mentor and I LOVE shopping here. The employees are friendly, efficient, helpful, and kind. They ask your name when shopping, help gather your items, help you with fitting rooms, and are super efficient at check out. I have also ordered from the online platform at this store, and pick up was easy and accurate. I tell all my friends that they should shop here for amazing deals and and incredible finds in all sizes! The prices are beyond reasonable and it is so much fun to be a part of the treasure hunt in find all the gems! Go in and shop for the finds and make sure to make friends with the staff - see you all this weekend! :)

Good quality inventory, but for being used inventory, the price of some of the clothes, shoes, and purses are the same as a brand new in a regular store.
But customer service is very friendly.

Just ok. I agree that they dont give much for your clothes. I stopped going because a lot of clothing is for old people. I'm an old person but dont want to look like one! The bags and shoes are nice though.
