This store was amazing in where they had los prices and all but for me personally I didn't like any of the clothes but I did enjoy the prices it was mostly that I didn't find anything for myself. We did buy some utensils, soap, and some shoes that I did very much enjoyed.

The horrible queue and only one girl serving the public is a great lack of respect, I don't understand why they don't hire more employees and on top of that the Security is telling the people in the queue to go removing the racks from the clothes when that is the job of the cashiers, not the ones in the queue, what they have to do is hire more people 😡😡😡😡
They hire
more employees and on top of that, Security tells people in line to remove the clothes racks when that is the job of the cashiers, not of those in line. What they have to do is hire more.

So yall might wanna talk to Miguel because he is not someone who should be representing dd's he had an attitude the whole time checking us out. Every item he rung up he was tossing it on top of the bags instead of scanning then bagging. By doing that he scanned an item twice then when we told him he's like where with an attitude. After that I decided to start bagging my own items because he was just doing the most all he was doing is making sure he doesn't ring up a lot of customers because of how slow he was going then not using yall scan and bag system. I don't know who made him mad but it clearly shows thru his attitude that he had. I won't be back to this store for a while... It's like every time I go there it's getting worse.

Discounted prices for name brand clothing. A friend purchased new shoes at what I thought was a mistake they're were so cheap the shoes weren't bad either

Love this store. it has household items, clothes, shoes,sneakers, and pocketbooks. Perfume, it carries a bit of everything. It won't disappoint :)

Yesterday I was buying some suitcases that were on discount for $16.99 and it turns out that when I went to the checkout they removed the tag and charged me for one at $24.99, and they hid the tag in a bag with the rest of the purchases, I didn't expect them to give me my money back. because I realized in the house and after all there were 4 or 5 workers and it turns out that none of them wanted to assist me, the one who was not talking on the phone was gossiping with the other, sorry but the experience was horrible

The store on Cleveland North is a disaster...the begging and smoking smell before you walk in was turn off...the employees have attitude when asked to open a change room...customers are Walmart clones.
