We just bought a new outlander from here. I love this suv! I wanted a specific red one they had and the finance guy figured out how to get it for the monthly payment and down-payment my husband and I needed. In the long term we will be paying more than what the car price is but that's on the lender and their interest rates but in the short term the monthly and down-payment are what we wanted and are comfortable with and Mitsubishi did help us get to that!! The process was super smooth. Juan was our sales guy and everything was quick and easy. It's also convenient to have a service place right around the corner from home!

Effra with Service Department is rude and is not willing to help at all. Worst experience ever with a dealer service department ever.
Michael is awesome, but usually Effra is the one who picks up the phone. I even tried to reach out to a manager, but all the employees keep the manager unreachable so the manager is not aware of the terrible service provided (maybe the manager knows and doesn’t care?).
I switched to Bonita Beach Mitsubishi only 30 minutes away, and it is 1000% over the extra drive.
Amazing people, they do everything they can to help you and go that extra mile.
Save your self time and stress and go to Bonita Beach Mitsubishi. Even the dealership itself is way better, much better customer waiting area with an amazing coffee machine.

We went to Fort Myers Mitsubishi not knowing what to expect. Our salesman Michael Thomas greeted us with a smile, was very knowledgeable, and helped us find the perfect car. Michael Kirby was our finance person and he was straight forward and gave us the numbers we were looking for. Overall great experience and they have definitely won us over with their service and professionalism.

I brought my vehicle here on Friday September 6th because my car keeps jerking like a transmission issue. This is my second time bringing this issue to their attention. Well after about 30 min, the service advisor that sits right near the door comes up to me and says “we drove the car around and couldn’t duplicate the issue that you’re having. We recommend changing the transmission fluid for $315. But since we couldn’t duplicate the issue, there’s nothing we’re gonna do” Then proceeded to say that I didn’t have a warranty when I know for a fact that I paid extra on my loan for a warranty. So I disagreed with him and he proceeded to “look up” my warranty and “couldn’t find it” then we bickered about me having one. Well I got home and something told me to check my dashcam that they didn’t know I had. (Highly recommend one if you visit the crooked service department here) I checked the footage and they didn’t even drive the car around!!! They drove the car into the garage and took the leaves out of my blower motor but didn’t even drive the car!! I’m 6 months pregnant and furious!! A transmission issue is so important and the fact that he sat there and lied to my face about driving the car around.. I’m in disbelief! I called a manager named Michael today and he was very nice and agreed that this situation is absolutely ridiculous. He also found my warranty in under 2 minutes!! Something needs to be done! The last time I visited the service department, this same service advisor had me in tears! He speaks to you like you’re stupid. If you go here, request the other advisor named Michael! He’s nicer!
