After a terrible experience at another salon I drove across town to come to this location. They were wonderful and greeted me with smiles, despite their busy schedule. My stylist (Kathy) also made the experience very enjoyable by listening to my needs, having a great sense of humor and finishing my haircut within 10 minutes.
As a loyal customer since the 90's, this salon I will continue patronize as it upheld the standards I have come to expect from Great Clips.

Typically I have a good decent experience but today I went it and left feeling terrible. I just wanted to cry. My stylist was a lady named Cathy or something. I showed reference photos and explained that I wanted a shaggy hair cut.... Everything felt rough, rushed and manhandled and last thing I want to tell the person with the scissors that. I don't know if she just needed a break or get a smoke but if you don't wanna cut hair then don't but you didn't need to butcher my hair. I legit explained that I look more MASC than FEM.... Now I truthfully look like a MAN. I entered as a Jennifer and left looking as a JOSE

I forgot the name of the stylist but she was awesome. She cut my hair really well and held a good conversation at the same time. It made the experience great.

I will only get my hair cut by one person there, the others are unfriendly and I literally had to tell step by step how to cut my hair. I think a good hair stylist should know what they should do.
I went again today to get a haircut. I was a walk in. The girl I wanted to cut my hair was there. So was waiting for my turn with her. She took forever to cut this man's hair I could believe it took that long for a man.
She finally finish and she cleaned up her area, I was thinking ok she's going to call me. Nope. I saw her walk straight to the back room and I waited like 10-15 min. She never came out. I think she went on a lunch break!!!!!!! I had been waiting for an hour and I just walked out. Unreal!!!! Yeh her name is Wendy if you need to know. I loved the way she cut my hair last. But this was not right. I was upset and was excited to get my hair done. And all I wanted to do is cry.
