My baby girl introduced me to Hot Rock. I was always complaining about nail salon quality here in Florida. The pricing for bare minimum is honestly getting out of control so she brought me here. I have never had service the way I do here. I can ask for some of the craziest styles and somehow these amazing ladies make it happen. The owner Tu I’m (praying I didn’t botch the spelling of her name) is so welcoming she learns every customer that comes in she doesn’t just learn your name but she actually interacts with you, as does every one on her staff. It feels like beauty shop everyone is talking to each other laughing and enjoying the process of being pampered. Mickie is my stylist. I will have it no other way. She is a girls, girl she makes me laugh we just chat and she always finds time to squeeze me in even if she has a full schedule. Their quality of work is amazing. My pedi girl Amelia if you want the stress rubbed out of you she’s your girl. Please visit if you’re in the fort Myers area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m not good with decisions. Too many options are very overwhelming, and usually the staff does a great job on their own with very little direction from me…that being said, I *did* have a request this time, and it was kinda weird, kinda complicated, and I did NOT do a very good job communicating my needs. I told them about the concert I’m attending this week, showed them a couple photos, and said “I need concert ready nails that work for a medical admin.” For $110 I got a full set of dip nails, gel polish with nail art, and a gel polish pedicure. I’ve got two more shows coming up, and I will absolutely be requesting album cover inspired nail art, because hot damn…they understood the assignment.

I stopped in for the first time in a really long time for a gel mani and had Yadi. She was amazing! I’ve been getting a gel mani every 3 weeks for years at different shops and leave disappointed 85% of the time. She was EXCELLENT! I even text my picky friend about her work. Will definitely return, and praised the owner about Yadi’s awesome work!

I just want to take time out and REALLY Thank ALL of you lady’s for making our day I came in and their was five of us my mom my husband daughter and Me and my daughters girlfriend we were seated very quickly but it was even about being noticed and seated right away that attracts me to keep coming back it was all of you you went out of your way to make us all feel special and taken care of as individuals we really enjoyed the family atmosphere you guys are real and down to earth you all are and how we are able to communicate clearly and have conversations with you all and share family story’s with you all as you took care of us most nail places you go to won’t even get a one on one conversation the most you get is pick a color and wash hands and a point to the sink not here they actually take the time out to make you laugh and hold a conversation with you it really made us feel right at home

My experience at this nail salon has always been nothing but great! Tu is one of the best gel/acrylic/dip powder nail technicians in this town, Elena and Cassie are one of the best natural/shellac nail technicians!
The technicians are very skilled, attentive to detail and very friendly. I get my manicure and pedicure done every 2-3 weeks here and I recommend this salon to everyone!

I’ve been coming to Hot Rock for over a year now and I will never leave. My nails always look PERFECT. I’ve tried so many nail salons in Fort Myers, and no one does it like Tu. 💅🏽💁🏽♀️

My favorite nail place! I love going to Micki but all the techs are great. My nails are super strong and they grow super fast since i started getting my nails done with her. Prices are also pretty reasonable. I 100% recommend this place.
