LMCU has been an absolute pleasure to bank with! The tellers are incredibly friendly and always greet me with a warm smile. They go out of their way to be accommodating, making every visit a pleasant experience. The branch is spotless and well organized, which adds to the overall welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient environment. I love the bank. Not to happy that on a Saturday you have 1 teller and she is opening a bank account for someone. Saturday is still a work day for most of us. We don't have hours to spend waiting in line for 1 teller to open a bank account. This is a big inconvenience since most places close early on Saturdays

Came into this particular LMCU 8 minutes before open. Waited in the drive through and am still waiting after opening. A woman pulled up after me and was served first. Asked for a withdraw slip and a gentlemen told me the line I was in was closed and had a rude tone. Not coming back to this branch after being rudely tried and than watching them take care of the woman after me.

All my interactions with LMCU have been positive. Since our previous bank was Wells Fargo, I guess it was a low bar, but what a positive difference.

This is one of the best credit unions I’ve ever had to interact with Moses Mitchell and his boss made my experience feel like a breeze the atmosphere was cool,calm and collected I felt at home working with them and they have earned my business moving forward

This bank is the worst... There is no 24 hour customer service... When you speak to the people on the phone they act confused and customer service skills suck! I haven't been with them for a month and I'm already over them and ready to close my account with them. Don't get them to go suncoast or another credit union...you won't regret it

I'm so impressed with Lake Michigan Credit Union, I went today 3/29/19 to make my morgage deposit and beside the great experience with my mortgage transaction they selected me as the lucky home owner on the Act of Kindness Program and covered my mortgage payment!!!

I obtain a mortgage through Michigan first time goes on and I sold my house and my taxes were held in escrow... they sent the check for the remainder portion to the house that I sold. I forwarded my mail but the check never showed up it's been two months so I called and asked them to cancel the check I don't know if it's been compromised. They said they can't.. they have to wait 90 days meanwhile if somebody catches my check out the money. And they don't care ..they care if you leave state and use your debit card they will call. After you get an account don't want you to write a review so they'll call. But before they send out a cashiers check to a house you sold to make sure the address is correct. no need nope..Not there money they just send it. Then do absolutely no reassurance that you will be paid. Why they even send a cashiers check when I have a bank account with them and they could've just deposited the money is beyond me.
