My experience here has been great so far. I actually found them through a website online called Anytime Mailboxes. I needed a virtual address not a P.O. Box. It’s an amazing service really! An honest overview is that it’s not esthetically pleasing to the eye and not a great layout. However, all the employees have been pleasant and easy to interact with. They can do usps, FedEx and Ups. And now they recognize me and know my mailbox. Parking is a little tight but they can’t help that. Definitely worth using their service!

I met the Devil today and he lives in this post office. As I stood in line listening to this man try to start a fight with a guy that was at least 90, I thought to myself, "This is the angriest, meanest, most horrible person I have ever seen." If you think being abused and screamed at is a good time, this is the store for you. If your looking for kindness and helpfulness, you should look somewhere else.

I have used mailbox locations from Florida to Hawaii during the past 50 years. This centrally located facility is an outstanding example of efficient Shipping, along with being an official US Mail Post Office with mailbox rentals. All employees have been quite friendly and now even remember my box number. After a year with them, I wouldn’t consider having our mailbox anywhere else!!!

The absolutely the rudest person. Unfortunately, I did not read his name, but he is blond and extremely angry and rude. He addressed me in the most aggressive fashion to hang up my phone, although I had not yet approached his counter. I was just ending a conversation and had no problem hanging up before receiving service, but when I asked why he had to speak so rudely, he demanded that I leave and continued to make loud immature comments. I suppose he thought he was impressing his colleague and demonstrating some kind of false strength. Management seriously needs to be aware of this person as his non- existent customer service will cost them customers. But I've seen the numerous negative reviews for this place and it's clear that whoever the owner is, does not care about his business' standing within the community. I've been going to this location to mail packages for over 8 years without incident. I have been there for about a year. Sadly, I did not see any of the old crew that I'm used to that has always been a joy to greet and do business with. I'll take my business elsewhere.

horrible place.........no customer service.....dirty and neglected.The people who work there couldn't care less and are extremely disrespectful.......don't go there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

do not drop off packages to shop here. they will treat you like a hassle and will not give you a second of their time. people working front counter have minimal customer service skills. do yourself a favor and use a any different mailing place for your needs.

Rude and useless. I called ahead to see if they accepted USPS. Response: Yes! I drove over and while walking up, one of three masked bandits declared, “before you go any further, read the sign below!” It said “No QR codes.” So I told her I just called and asked about USPS. Instead of apologizing to their customer for not sharing this rule about USPS, she said, “you didn’t ask about QR codes!” Blaming the customer is a good biz plan. So, I went to a similar place down the street where they explained the QR issue and cameup with a solution and shipped my package in minutes.

I came into the store today to mail out some things with some pre-printed labels for another business. When I arrived, I was asked if I needed help. I didn't really, but I accepted it anyway because the gentleman seemed like he cared. I proceeded to tell him what I needed to send out and that I already had labels. Without telling the entire story, he told me that they don't need my business because they don't make any money on my pre-paid labels. He wanted to charge me for an envelope. I did not tell him I needed, and also continue to argue with me. He wanted to send out the package with the label And the label wouldn't cover the weight. And I told him that I'm not comfortable doing that because it's a $1200 phone in the package. He got very rude. I asked why this was happening and why I was being treated in such a manner. I ended up leaving and I will never go back again. I really like pack and ship type businesses because I don't have to deal with the rude people at the post office. This was worse than the post office. Zero stars.

Man with the beard thinks he is clocked out at four pm and relieved of duty despite being open till 5. Hes got a nasty snot nose child attitude and shouldn't be anywhere near a customer service position.

Mailed a small package here via First Class Mail from FL to Nashville. First class letters always get there is 3-4 days. Was given a tracking # on my receipt. After 3 days I tried to check the tracking and the only response was “label created but not yet in system “,will update once pkg us received by USPS.?? On the 6th day I was getting the same response so I called the MSC location who accepted my pkg and was told that they don’t scan,USPS used to scan it at the processing center on Jetport loop but they stopped scanning so pkg should have been scanned at Ybor (Tampa) but if they didn’t then I wouldn’t know anything until the pkg was delivered! I called the USPS number on my tracking #sticker and they were unable to find any info on the pkg either but didn’t understand where the woman at MSC got her information. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with a pkg sent from this place and both times was pretty much told it was someone else’s fault and they were of no help. Rather disappointing at their lack of concern or accountability. I have no way of knowing if my package ever even left their facility or if it is sitting there somewhere misplaced. ?

This place is horrible! I gave them a prepaid package to return some Costa sunglasses that were under warranty. A few weeks later I called the warranty company and they said they never received the package! After at least 6-8 times visiting the store followed by another 6-8 calls over a series of 4-5 months while we were "waiting for the owner to respond" and acknowledging they received the package, the owner returned and said it was not his responsibility and to call the post office. Problem with that, it was not a USPS prepaid package! After complaining on the phone I finally went in and the 'owner' reiterated the same thing and all of the sudden the woman that is always at the counter, that had been trying to help me until that day, suddenly had amnesia of anything other than remembering seeing me come get my mail! Further, they were rude saying "shipping is not their fault nor do they know how it works'. Seriously - that was their stance - a shipping company that does not know how shipping works. See them in small claims apparently with a few others. STAY AWAY!

Brought in a LETTER to be sent certified from ft myers to Miami. Pd $4.15 last Tuesday ( 13th). Was told would be there by Thursday ( 15th). As of today, (19th) still ‘sitting’ in Miami. Why say it would be delivered by any day? Why is Lajoy still running the what use to be our wonderful PO???? What a joke!!!This location is an annex. NOT a PO.

I have been using these guys for my business mailbox for 5 years. Have nothing but great things to say about them. Always friendly and quick. They go way above what I pay them for.

Been using MSC Shipping for 30 years, the business has had four owners during that time, and the current Owner, Tom and his Staff are wonderful. Accommodating, I've had no issues with shipments or deliveries and I use their services daily.... special Customers will get Swiss Chocolate once a year yum!
