My wife lost her diamond pendant and chain but fortunately it was insured. I chose Mark Loren Designs to replace it and I’m so glad I did! They did a beautiful job of duplicating the original and completed it much sooner than expected. Our only issue was we weren’t really happy with the chain they put on it and they replaced it with one we chose with no questions asked. They also handled the processing of the insurance claim for us! While waiting for the new pendant to be completed I took my wife’s engagement ring in to be repaired. It had two broken prongs which they replaced for much less than I had been quoted by other jewelers and it was ready the next day! They also tightened the prongs on a ring my father had given me at no charge! I would recommend Mark Loren Designs to anyone that is looking for a unique piece of jewelry or in need of repairs at a fair price! There's a reason why Loren Jewelers are rated so highly! Not only do they create unbelievably elegant jewelry, but they are kind, understanding, giving, knowledgeable and downright awesome for customer service! I brought a ring in to be fixed, not having any idea what the charge would be. I was shocked when (I think it was) Mark quoted me such a reasonable price! He also repaired it while I waited. There are so many businesses these days that want to take advantage of people, it's such a pleasure to deal with someone who is honest and efficient! Go there! You won't be disappointed!

Too pricey. Took an earring in and was charged 30.00 solder fee after paying 25.00 for a watch battery. They also wanted to charge me to repair a bracelet that they made. It wasn’t till I complained that they had designed and made the bracelet that they removed that charge

Excellent service! I needed my engagement ring and wedding band resized in a rush as I was getting married in less than a week; they got it done same day and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Just had to have my wedding ring resized and they did an outstanding job! Looks absolutely perfect and it's so nice wearing my real ring, instead of the K-mart special I have been wearing for years. Turn around time was quick and they also replaced a batter in my wifes watch for no charge. The coolest part was after I mentioned about being a musical instrument technician and wondering about how they soldered things, they gave me a tour of the repair shop in back which was awesome. I had no idea they could use a laser to weld things! I can't thank them enough for the great and timely service they provided me!

Great local Jeweler in Fort Myers. I purchased my wedding band here and they were very helpful and accommodating. We told them our price range and we were shown many options within our comfort zone. I brought my set back for soldering and for cleaning and maintenance. 10 out of 10 recommend

10/10 best experience at a jewelry store that I have been too, best customer service. I dropped my broken necklace that next a hook and they completed the job in less than 30 mins. I went to Mark Loren to have my wedding ring appraised for insurance purposes. Cameron P. was helpful and explained the process. It took about an hour, which is what it has taken in the past at other places I’ve been, but here there are so many great pieces to view around the shop that the time passed quickly. Everyone there was very nice. I will definitely be going back.

Needed a few links removed from my wife’s watch stopped in and asked if they could do it Mark said sure I’ll do it so I asked what the charge would be for something like that he said No Charge, really yes he said no charge, within minutes it was done.Unbelievable first time we were ever in his store, by the way his store is Beautiful with lots of jewelry.That’s it a great place to have a custom design ring, necklace or whatever your heart desires made up.Thanks Again Mark

Am snowbirding in Ft Myers. Needed a watch battery. A friend recommended Marks store. Mark replaced my battery as a first time customer at no charge. Told him I was a snowbird, and offered to pay several times, and he refused payment. Quality store, with quality people. Some, whom Mark hired that lost jobs due to Ian. Dave Verderese

Took a ring in to have stone replaced and ring came back altered I brought to their attention they admitted nothing I didn't care as it wouldn't fit the my middle finger as I wore in on day of repair , only pinky finger it would fit , they said they would repair, realized 7 days after they had it I didn't receive a completion date or a receipt called they said 7th of the next month a hour later a rude person informed me if I wanted ring restored I would have to pay extra 300 bucks , I went got the ring , another jeweler repair for much less and in 1 day instead of the month I was quoted here

I needed help with a little tiny screw on a pair of glasses. Although I knew that this is a jewelry store not a glasses shop I thought to ask them if they could help, since they work with microscopic components. A young lady by the name of Anna immediately and graciously said that she was sure they could help and called a jeweler. In a minute, Pete came to assist me and between both of them they fixed my pair of reading glasses. They did not want to charge me anything even though I insisted in paying.I will definitely have them as a main source if I need any jewelry or watches services . It is so rewarding to know these local businesses exist and they deserve to be supported.By the way, it always caught my attention their advertisement on billboards, etc for their exquisite design.Alexander
