This location stocks a large selection of mattresses to compare. But the best part of the experience was the sales person, Liz, who worked to get us paired with exactly the best mattress for us at a great price. she provided us with great service.

I went in knowing that I’d be purchasing a mattress, I just wasn’t sure which one. Brian was polite and professional, and finished the transaction with the customers in front of me. I had his full attention after that point, and Brian was quick to suggest a variety of options to let me try. Brian was professional, quick witted and extremely knowledgeable about the products, and I feel he needs to be recognized for exceptional service. I will definitely return to this store in the future when I replace the other mattress in my home.

Antonio was of great help in our search for a new mattress. He showed is a variety of models, didn’t push anything in particular but let us test at our own pace. He was upfront with questions and, when he didn’t have one answer, wasn’t afraid to say “I don’t know but let me look it up”; I respect that! This is our third Mattress Firm buy in ten years, and each one has been enjoyable. Your recruitment and training process seems good.

Antonio and Liz were amazing Liz was very patient dealing with my 95-year-old mom. Antonio addressed our concerns about delivery and went above and beyond what I expected to get them in two days . Dad returning from hospital Tuesday and all will be ready before I return to Pa . excellent customer service I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you blessings to you all
