We're thinking of switching from another car wash. My husband is a chauffeur, we typically have multiple vehicles that we are in daily to wash. With my company as well. The car wash that we currently use has damp clean towels and window cleaner plus a few other advantages. But the service is lacking and the bar codes always seem to have trouble. I do have to say that Rikki was great. She kind of sold me on your car wash, which is actually closer to home as well. But your air guns are low pressure and car wash slightly lacking some other advantages that other companies have. Otherwise we would be members. Thanks! Happy new year!

My wife and I just had a wonderful wonderful experience here today even though the were very busy we were immediately greeted by Otto and the whole process was explained to us as this was our first time here. The customer service rep name Otta was very professional thorough and helpful. My wife was very impressed how otto took the time to explain the whole wash process to us and the benefits of each package that they offer. Both myself and my wife will definitely be coming back here again to get our car washed thanks Otto for the awesome service

Good. Quick car wash. Not a member but have family who are, and generally good experience. Sometimes workers are idling outside but usually that is due to lack of cars during irregular hours. All staff is friendly and will assist as much or as little as a person indicates. Overall good experience compared to other locations.

Every time I go through there, the water smells like rancid towels, and then the inside of your car smells gross.

It's a great wash. The dry is the best, though...only have to finish drying the side mirrors when done.

Car wash sucks it’s a bit more expensive than the one down the street. Doesn’t offer any towels. Or even the option to buy them. Only reason I can to this one was because the car wash I usually go to was down.

Ezekiel the manager at this Mister Car wash is one of the nicest managers I’ve ever dealt with at a business. He listened first, before replying the corporate lines. He took a look at my car himself and fixed the washing issue with precision and kindness. If more managers were like him customers would be remain satisfied forever. Thanks to him. 5 star experience and better than other car washes across town that tell ya to keep it moving.

Good car wash. Fast with free vacuums. Joining the incentive program is a good deal, $20/month for endless washes. Get a decal and beat the line.
Watch exiting onto 441 the curb is a doozie.
