We recently purchased two vehicles at Hyundai of Fort Myers . Our salesman was Alexander Formeta , he was friendly, helpful and polite. they took care of two minor problems and we are so very pleased. We have had three other Hyundai vehicles and drove them until they finally dropped , one had 150000 miles and the other had 130000, so we hope Hyundai has not changed their workmanship in any way and we are looking forward to another 280000 miles on our two new vehicles!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, when I was being updated about the service, the technician recommended that I replace the wiper blades for $200 and the interior air filter for another $100. The car is 3 months old. So either Hyundai puts the worst wipers in history on the car or the dealership recommends stuff like that to pad its bottom line. I will never trust anything the service department of this dealership tells me ever again.

My only gripe is regarding the service I received for a plastic part that came off my steering wheel. I called ahead and made an appointment for 7:30. I told the attendant I’d wait for the car as I had necessary errands to run. He looked pained and said it could take all day as there were cars-I think he said 10- ahead of me. He arranged an uber for me which I appreciated. He was courteous and helpful. However, an uber ride home did not address my need to run errands.
Almost exactly 12 hours later I get a call that said an uber driver was at my home to take me back to the dealers. 12 hours!
I do not understand when a specific time appointment is made that the service is not rendered on or about that time. I know of no other business that operates on such a practice.
Imagine making a doctor or dentist appointment and having to wait 12 hours to complete the exam.
At the very least, the service department could have called the night before and said they had a back up and I didn’t need to check in at 7:30.
At best, it would appear you need more mechanics to get the work done ( I am aware that finding quality mechanics is challenging) .
Time is indeed money and my time is valuable to me. Wasting 12 hours to replace a plastic part is unacceptable . I should have just used super glue and fixed it myself.
I appreciate the attempt at customer service. It shows! But good service does not make up for a wasted/lost day which could have been avoided with better time management.

I went in a traded a beautiful silverado 1500 2019 ltz , and purchased a beautiful GMC Denali. But I cant say much for the the sales department. The payments were higher than I expected, I figured they got me with warranty, service , gap , as expected. Payments original around 800 , at end of sale they were 930 a month. Originally signed handwritten paper for 5000 down payment , then again for a 7000 down payment. When I seen the monthly payments were higher and the only asked for 5000 down , being that i loved the truck , I felt ok and was going to make it happen.
So now I'm driving away in my new truck. When I get home , I recived a text stating they forgot to give me my registration , and they forgot to have me sign a suncoast paper. I asked them to overnight my registration and send paperwork to suncoast and I would sign for them.
They text back stating they would bring it to me , sales rep Ray.i live a hour and half away. I'm thinking this is weird , but ok.
So for a week I'm texting and calling him tring to schedule a meeting with no luck or response. So I take a afternoon off of work , which costed me 300 dollars and fuel and time. So he got his commission and off to the next one.
I get there and my registration is still there , I received it from front desk , now waiting to see sales manager , as I really don't want to speak with Ray. Sales manager has me sign required paperwork, then tells me he made a mistake only took 5000 down and should have been 7000. I stated that I really don't have it and figured he calculated with 5000 down. So if I kept 5000 down he would have to redo all paperwork and my payments will be even higher. I'm already aggravated and losing money for there mistakes , and have wasted another 4 hours of my time , totalling about 10 hours . When I left I was so disappointed in the process , I almost turned around and asked to get my old beautiful truck back , and wished I never stepped foot at Hyundai. I left feeling left a victim. And feel like this was the first vehicle that was ever sold.
So to try to make up for there mistakes, they offered to buy me a tank of fuel. I told them I do not want a tank of fuel. I want my time back, and for people doing good business to do what they say they will do , and not be treated as a commission, and be treated like a person. I really hope this saves someone alot of grief , I can not put in words how disappointed I am.
I want to add , I do not write many reviews, good or bad. I really hope that this might save some people from having a horrible experience.

Billy the salesperson was top notch.
The managers negotiation process on price was ridiculous. Management kept on adding packages to the deal I did not ask for and did not want. When we went to financing they added packages back in wasting our time as the finance guy had to remove all the packages.
The appraisal of our trade in was low balled and only when we said we would not trade it in was a fair price presented.
We went back to your dealer because we bought our first palisade there but that did not seem to matter. So We now have no loyalty to go back to your dealership
Again Billy was great the negotiation process was subpar

Had my car serviced 11/11 noon drop off. They were obviously overwhelmed but was greeted by a very pleasant and polite man named Blake to check me in for the appointment. Shortly after my all time hero Ernesto inspected the car. He not only helped make my day alot easier… He saved me sooo much trouble! Not to mention he informed me of a recall that he also scheduled to be fixed with routine maintenance. Couple hours later car was done but I was home alone with my 3 year old and no car seat. So I showed up a few minutes past “service” closing time ONLY to be greeted by Gaby who doesn’t know who to work phones…. Sorry she wasn’t great at all completely clueless… BUTTTTTT ERNESTO after business hours was still doing his job to help me. He responded immediately to my text messages and guided Blake who returned the keys safely to me and I got my palisade back!
Hyundai… you should be honored to have two amazing men working for you. I feel horrible for not knowing the other two guys who tried to help get the keys…. One in a black suit and another man who had just started on Sunday “good choice for hirer” he was trying so hard to accommodate.

Unhappy with the service. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Two of the valve caps were missing and one was badly damaged, it looked like it was chewed up with a pair of plyers. I was not notified of the damage and it was not repaired. I can not remove the valve cap.
