We had a great experience picking up a used car from Victoria today.
We drove in from Clearwater, and were pleased to see the vehicle looked as pictured. Actually a bit better than expected even!
Maybe it’s because I’m a millennial or a busy working mom, but I appreciated that I was able to negotiate all the details via text. Once we got there and ensured the car was as expected, we were able to move right into paperwork.
Both Victoria and the finance manager were pleasant and easy to work with.
Edited to add: I will say, after reading other reviews, they absolutely tried to sneak in an undisclosed fee for gap insurance and a window insurance. As we were going through my paperwork they showed me those items and said they had been factored into the price (however it wasn’t itemized out anywhere, so it would lead you to assume it was in the outlined base vehicle price), when we got to the monthly payment I realized something had definitely been added in compared to my negotiated price. When I pressed and showed him the original break down I got for my monthly payment, they removed those 2 items and it brought the payment down $48 month (x72 = $3,456!!). Do your own math ahead of time and make sure the math maths. They weren’t rude when I told them to take them off as some of the other reviewers mentioned. But a bit deceptive, yea?
However, I love my car and feel I got a great price and Victoria was awesome, so still happy to give 5 stars.

My husband and I decided to do some car shopping so we stopped at Mazda Fort Myers to take a look. The staff was very friendly and helpful yet without coming across as pushy or intrusive. Our sales advisor Victoria Munoz was terrific - very friendly and knowledgeable - treated us like family. She had an amazing working knowledge of several vehicle makes/models. We would like to recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone looking for a good deal on new or used vehicles without having to leave our local area.
