I had a horrible experience, they are stating. I did not pay a bill but I never authorized the bill. My doctor ordered this test and surgery is mandatory tomorrow. Thank you. Quest, I'll bring my business elsewhere. I have insurance for a hundred percent of blood work. Their solution was to call the billing department at 7 o'clock in the morning. Which is closed. Mind you. These guys are idiots

This was my son's first blood draw and he was not excited about the experience. Josiah and the other technicians did an amazing job working with us to make the visit a success.

TLDR: Make an appointment!
Was not expecting much due to the reviews on here, but I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. I easily made an appointment online (same day as the doctor ordered, within hours), checked in on my phone in the parking lot, went into the waiting room and was called within 5 minutes. A staff member did come out and tell everyone who didn't have an appointment to come back tomorrow because they were full. Easy remedy? Make an appointment. I was in and out and already got my results back a day later.

I highly recommend Quest. They cover all of the bases. I would recommend that you set up an appointment in advance. This gives you priority over walk-in's.

Text message check in as soon as the doors opened. Didn't have to stand at the kiosk. Walked in, sat down, checked in on my phone, and just like that my name was on the board. First seen. This was the New Hampshire Court Ft. Myers office. Great tech, clean and orderly.

Brought my Father-in-law over for bloodwork last week before 3pm and was turned down. We close at 2:30. It says close at 3pm. But that's not what your sign says. We came back following and was at this facility at 2:20pm and they come out and say "we don't take walkins after 2...?!?!
Dad's over 90 years old. Lazy young people just don't give a damn!! Put the information on the outside door! I pray they get the same treatment someday.

I al\ways have a very pleasant experience at the New Hampshire Drive Quest Lab in Ft. Myers. I do not know the lady’s name but she seems to run the show and she runs it superbly. I had several problems beyond my control and this lady quickly and helpfully solved them and with a smile. And, she seems to be very organized. One issue I had was that my doctor’s office had sent the request to the wrong lab. The lady at Quest helped me in that 1. She did not turn me away, 2. She patiently helped me find the phone number, and 3. She allowed the office time to fax the order, all while experiencing her own issues in that the Quest.computers had ‘gone down’. The situation was smoooth as silk. Everything went smoothly despite the issues that could have caused aggravation.

I had a basic blood draw this morning. It HURT. First she put the plastic around my arm like it was a tourniquet. Second, the draw HURT. I’ve NEVER had a blood draw hurt like that. I started sweating. I’ll never be back!

Came in for blood work, it’s usually really hard to get my blood taken since my veins are small but Fernando got it right away! The staff is so sweet, definitely recommend this location.
