Daniel and his partner were excellent. They were careful, professional, courteous and fast. They were the kind of hard working and nice people that you would hope would deliver your new appliance. We've had so many bad delivery experiences over the last few years that we truly appreciated Daniel and his partner. Highly recommend them for any appliance delivery and installation.

Terrible hours of operation for working class families. You basically have to be home from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday, since they are closed in late afternoon,evenings and weekends. He even told me they dont like to work on weekends. They called the night before saying they are coming the next day. Told them that won't work for me and then I had to ask all the questions for when I can get my dryer. (Like date, time and if I even could pick it up myself) It's like he didn't even care!

Highly unprofessional, not organized , zero communication. They received my fridge but instead to call me right away they just keep the fridge on their storage calling me later in order to let me know that they have the fridge and they can’t keep the fridge after that specific date. I have no ideas how this company can keep their doors open.

Finally found out who Home Depot uses for their delivery service. They need to change this immediately. First delivery scheduled they didn’t know how to install the dryer so they took it back. I take another day off work the next week for these guys to back the truck into my neighbors basketball hoop, neighbor comes out to confront them because they have a spotter and he is just letting it happen. Then the driver hops out the truck and gets in my neighbors face, so I walk to the end of my driveway and ask if I can get my dryer delivered and they hop in the truck and drive off. These guys didn’t even make it to my driveway, so I call the delivery driver and ask if I can get my dryer and he says “You’ll have to reschedule, you can thank your neighbor” Why am I being punished because two grown men can’t take accountability? Never getting delivery from Home Depot as long as this business is on the contract. Horrible business

This is the WORST delivery company you can imagine. Costco should stop selling GE appliances if they want to preserve their creditability. Im reading through some of the other complaints. Same situation. Ask them to wear booties on new carpet/flooring and they REFUSE! Bad, NASTY attitude. No show on deliveries, I mean absolutely dont even show up. My washer and dryer was brought to me already falling apart and noted by the 2nd installation crew that was better than the first punk who refused to install because I asked him 3 times to wear booties. When a menial worker has the power to refuse installation and delivery AND tie up your money, over a customer request to respect their personal property and then storms out, you wonder how they forget where their paycheck comes from. GE appliances are even worse (2 out of 3 I bought were defective) to add insult to injury. Before you buy any appliances in Ft Myers FL area, do yourself a favor and ask who is the install company and if they say Ralphs Transfer, take your business elsewhere! It's hit or miss whether you will get delivery and installers who actually respect the customer.

Horrible company. They will say anything and then not stand by it. Zero accountability.I'm notifying GE to cancel future order if they are going to ship with these clowns.

The GE refrigerator that we purchased in March 2022m went on the fritz and GE said a new one would be delivered in February 2023. We thought it would be someone from GE but two black gentlemen from Ralph's Transfer came with the new refrigerator. They were thorough and professional. We were impressed with the service provided. These gentlemen worked a long day as they were at our condo at 5:30 ad still had another delivery to make. Thank you.

Two employees from Ralph's Transfer Co came to our home at about 8:15am last Friday morning. They were finished installing our replacement Microwave in less than 20 minutes. They were knowledgeable, efficient, polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to see young men working hard, knowing what they were doing and very pleasant.

If I could give thm a negative number I would. Very unprofessional. Did not deliver my refrigerator. Refused to speak with me. Have tried several times to speak with manager, keep being told he's in a meeting

To be truthful this company does not even deserve a 1!!! I had an order with GE scheduled for November 18 2022 between 11am-4pm. At 3:30pm I called to see where they were and their Rep said I was number 10 in line for delivery and they were at stop 7. I said that I do not want men coming to my house after dark so we may need to reschedule. I called GE and spoke to consumer relations and her name was Kimberly and she acted entitled and became upset because of the way she thought I was talking to her. The driver did call me at 6:30pm EST wanted to still come and deliver and install my appliances and I told him that I am cancelling the order. Do you know they are stikl calling me 3 days in a row to reschedule delivery and I have to tell them that the delivery is cancelled. Either they do not read their notes in the system of they are just stupid!!

These people had me waiting from 10 to 5 they didn’t show up they didn’t call me I’ve waisted a full day and I still don’t have a dishwasher this place is a mess

Supposed to have a delivery’s called off work to be here for it and they never showed or called
