I am giving this branch a one LOL .. which SHE THE TELLER deserves a zero. I have been with this bank for many many years. I’ve gone to the main branch on college twice since they open their doors and both times I went inside I have gotten the worst service. I walked out today and drove to another location which is the one I usually go to but since I was close to that one I chose that one.Nope never agin will I PUT up with TELLERS rudeness. ITS MY MONEY and MY Request! God forbid was to print me a few checks!!! you had to do one little teeny chore that isn’t even a chore, so yeah, I give her actually a zero.Shout out to your other branches they have wonderful staff members who go out of their way.. acutely just do their job with no sass talk!! And a way bigger shout out to the Kelly rd location working in a trailer!!
