I use the Six Mile Cypress location and have the monthly subscription. It is great, although I agree with a previous poster that the wheels are terrible. I asked one of the fellows there if he would just brush those wheels with the soap brush (as they do with the front and rear bumpers) prior to entering the automation and he said he was not allowed by the management. If this is true, it seems silly, and if it isn't true, FIX IT.

I haven't even had my hyundai 2024 ioniq 5 for a week and this car wash has put a nice scratch on it. Do not recommend and I'll be asking for a refund.

I recently had a frustrating experience at your car wash facility. While using the automatic car wash, the machine somehow popped my tire, leaving it flat within minutes. I reached out to your staff to address the issue, but unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of accountability or offer of assistance. This lack of responsibility and customer support is unacceptable and has left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this car wash based on this experience.

My experience here has been mostly positive for the past year os so since this car wash was opened. I became a member right away. I say MOSTLY becuase for the past few months staff has changed completely and unfortunately are not as dedicated and careful as previous staff. What's happening is that as you arrive just before going into the tunnel the staff Scrubs your vehicle which I thought was very nice. But not so much these past few months becuase staff keeps getting .ore sloppy with the scrubbing as they constantly hit the vehicle and not lightly. I understand these brushes are made not to scratch but I don't appreciate hearing loud bangs of my vehicle when this is something I don't even do myself.
Mr. Owner, you have a nice car wash, don't allow careless employees ruin a good thing please. I'm at the point where I will tell staff NOT to pass the brush anymore even though this was one of my favorite things about this car wash.
FYI, today the guy at the computer knocked off my wiper from the wiper arm from hitting it so hard. I didn't make a big deal out of it, I actually didn't even say anything... at first. The guy tried installing it back but he was very sloppy and clearly didn't know what he was doing as he tried forcing the wiper clip on with both hand hands. I really thought he was going to break the thi g so I lowered my window and said, dont worry about I got it. I slid it properly and clipped it back on with ease. The young guy didn't even apologize, nothing.
Ironically, the young lady on the other side also carelessly brushing hits my door mirror pretty hard like if she never saw the thing. I don't understand why can't they be more careful as the previous original staff.
I will continue washing my vehicle here for now as I like the wash. Hopefully staff gets better or simply will ask for no brush and that's OK with me.

Car wash does a good job and the vacuums work well.
Problems. The center lane is way too narrow for the turn and crunched my rim. The whole curb right there is black and scratched up from other people doing the same thing. There's something in the tunnel that whacks my car in the brushes but haven't seen any damage yet The tire brushes need cleaned more often because they leave a black grime on my rims

The workers at the front scraped my front bumper aggressively and damaged the front of my truck, but they have not done anything about it. I reached out, and they said they would look back at the video, but I never heard back from them. I would not recommend coming here.
Update: It was not scraped against concrete like the owner wants to claim, and it was 100% done by the workers; they were overly aggressive when scrubbing the front. They claim to have pictures in response to this review, but they won't send them to me. I'm not the only one to have these issues and I won't be the last. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Free vacuum! Works well. $19 for a drive-through car wash is a fair price. Clean car! Wheels aren’t great, but it’s not a hand wash, so don’t expect perfection.
Very happy for the price.

Damage the front of my suv. I’ve had the letters on the front of my car since August of 2021. I’ve washed my car multiple times at Mister Car wash with no problems. One car wash from here and it ripped them off. I even told someone that the wash damaged my car. The guy took my name, phone number and plate number. Never received anything from management about my vehicle. Plus not to the mention the free vacuum don’t work. I only tired this car wash because it was close to work. It would have been nice to have a car wash across the street. Please never use them.
Horrible customer service. The general manager finally called me back. He claimed he can clearly see where the wash damaged my vehicle. They still aren’t doing anything about it.
