As a member for more then 20yrs I was shock when I asked to Refi my auto loan being of the rate drop. Not only would I have to pay $150 for this but I also have to keep my remaining length of the current loan. Per Grace and Lorrie. I have had over 12 auto loans with Suncoast and well I will be going elsewhere for that now. Its a Shame that they do not take care people anymore. Simply give me what others offer.
