I wanted to open an account. I was not given all necessary information until I had to ask and ended up having to ask a lot of account questions because Yenifer was not very informative on her own. Then, she had a bit of an attitude with me from the moment I mentioned a complaint I had about one of the accounts opened. I was polite and told her I didn’t blame her but I was unhappy about the account and from then on she was unpleasant to deal with. It wasn’t the worst experience but does not make me feel very confident about this branch. I feel a certain level of professionalism is to be expected that was not maintained.

this location is the rudest one i’ve been to, not friendly at all. walked into the front to the “host” or whatever her job is suppose to be and she said “what do you want” and i was shocked so i froze and then stuttered and answered i needed to get a new card, she just threw her hand over in the direction i’m suppose to go and looked away. how friendly of her. but suncoast in general is just terrible. i wish i could switch banks, if you call their customer service they are rude, they don’t help at all and they’ve locked my card 3 times without telling me on a friday…so i have to go a whole weekend without being able to use my debit card. a call is the least they can do if they are doing as much as going in my account to lock my card because of “suspected fraud” even though it literally wasn’t. THREE TIMES, how does this happen three times?? and when i ask why they don’t tell me when they lock my card, “oh well we don’t have to” ok so what am i just suppose to telepathically know when my card has been locked??? sorry it’s just annoying that it’s happened so many times and they don’t change anything

Wonderful experience all around! The staff (we worked specifically with Yenifer and she was so kind and knowledgeable) were extremely helpful, wait time was short, and it was a very seamless process all around.

Terrible bank deposit restrictions, withdrawal restrictions. Just all around terrible policies and I have banked here for over a decade but I’m about to kick them to the curb. Terrible for business you have to wait 30 days for checks to clear just old school terrible policies. Don’t bank here go to chase

This is for Yenifer!! I would leave a 5 star but others at this place aren’t so pleasant. I was struggling SO hard on my last step for my refinance on my car. Everyone else on the phone or in store seemed like I was wasting their time. She was super super super helpful and very well spoken. She got me all signed and even printed off the stuff for me. Literally an amazing person and I 100 percent recommend her to anyone! 10 stars for you Yenifer.
