Sebastian at the Suncoast branch on Underwood Dr in Fort Myers is patient, professional, helpful. I am 77 years old. Sebastian reminds me of personal bankers from the olden days! He knows our names, he makes us feel he cares. We are thankful to call him our banner.

Worst credit union on earth…I don’t know why I have my money with them. Interest Rates are horribly low & they charge you if you have only 4 quarters to deposit in addition to cash…4 (F O U R). One, two, three, four (4) quarters. Charging members for simply depositing hard earned money…smh. I’ll take my deposits elsewhere where they allow you to earn almost 7% in interest monthly. Suncoast also charges $1.00 for “excessive” withdrawals in the amount of only $40. Criminal, as that’s never been charged to me before…this is the very last time I’ll ever use a Suncoast atm EVER again. Terrible, terrible institution. Costs me more to keep money with them than generates interest. But then again they have their stadium 🏟️

Although I ran into some issues regarding my account I can say that the patience and professionalism of my member advocate, Lesly M was exceptional. It made what could have been an unpleasant visit a positive one. It’s hard to find the 1:1 attention anymore at establish but she went out of her way to resolve an issue that would have resulted in closing my account. Good customer service is hard to find and this will keep me coming back.
