Absolutely the very worst financial institutions I have ever had the misfortune of using in my 66 years in Fort Myets Florida recently they froze my account and a friend's account for 3 weeks because they determine who and how much of your money you cand use.Forover 3 weeks I waisted on letter as to what our accounts were frozen and unusable I could not access for power water and internet and ended up with large penalties because Suncoast employees promised to pay them and never did as they did a so called investigation into who I sent my money to.I called every day was told I would receive a letter with the out come of the investigation this went on 3 weeks I never received a letter until today 3 and one half weeks late telling me I was a liability to them as a member and my account was closed terminated. They also refused a deposite from my annuities I was waiting for I called the annuities to find out where the deposited was and was told Suncoast refused the deposited and sent it back so I had to request a check sent to my residence what normally takes 7 working days roof almost 3 weeks then when I wrote the check and sent to recipient they decided to freeze my account and recipients. Causing great financial harm to both of us. They told me an investigation was underway and I would receive a letter about it I called every day got no where the letter arrived today almost a month later telling me Imy membership was a liability to them and my account was permanent closed they had promised to pay my electric water and internet with the funds they froze and they never did so I no have large penelties to pay and scrambling to do so so the credit reporting agencies don lower my very high fico score. So if you want a place that determines how you cane spend your hard earn money and cause you great financial stress don't pay the people they wete supposed to go get an account thete whete employees decide what you can and can't do with the money you worked 40 years saving it for your retirement.Trust me go anywhere else but thete!!!!!!!

YOU CAN NEVER DEPOSIT MONEY AT THIS PLACE. You drive 20 minutes to the location just to get there and not be able to withdraw or deposit. WORST location you can possibly go to.

Rates are the worst in the entire country. Go to Mid- Florida CU where rates are proudly displayed on their website. Suncoast rates are absolutely TERRIBLE. Cannot locate rates on Suncoast website without jumping through unnecessary hoops (if you’re lucky you may find them but prove me wrong).

This is a nice clean institution with many friendly employees, but the single most basic thing a bank/credit union does is take and give you your money. On far too many occasions, I have made a special trip to this location to either deposit money or withdraw money, and more times than I can count, both ATMs were down or unable to accept cash deposits. Honestly, what is the deal? This location is being run like a mom and pop gas station. It is infuriating to go out of my way to bank with these people and then they are unable to complete the most basic task of taking my money. I really wish someone would look into this and get it straightened out.
