Tommys had a $12.00 wash with underbody also, now it's $15.00, INFLATION OR GREED? Good wash, just not the value I like, if I want more I'll get a detail service.

Three weeks since they broke my mirror and nothing. Talked to managers 3x , email tells me go to the location, how many times do I have to do that. They don't care to address any issues. So done with them.

An employee made me go tell a guy who was at the end of the lot and not a customer there to leave. I'm a 24 year old girl, there by myself, and this random creepy guy was sitting in his car at the end of the lot, smelled of drugs, had rotten teeth, blasting music. I don't notice him until the employee starts whistling across the lot at him to get his attention and he doesn't notice so instead the employee tells me to go get him to leave. I ignored him and kept vacuuming my car so he just keeps whistling to get my attention and pointing at the guy telling me to go up to him. Excuse me but that's your responsibility, not mine. I'm a customer who was minding my business trying to vacuum my car. Absolutely unacceptable. After the employee kept whistling at me and pointing at the guy, I finally just went up to the guy and knocked on his window and told him that the employee keeps hollering for him. It makes me so mad. Walk your lazy self over and do it since it's your JOB. Also the vacuums are terrible and don't have any suction.

I will not return. Decent car wash, vacuums are terrible though, almost zero suction. We did try 4 different vacuums so no, one wasn’t clogged. For the prices they charge, which is now $2 more per wash now, they totally failed at the vacuums. I won’t be back.

They run your car through too fast and it doesn't get the bugs off and the blowers don't get it very dry at all. They took out the machine to wash the mats with and the vacuum cleaners don't work some of the time, would not recommend this place to anyone

Carwash always seems to break down. Once something breaks it takes forever for them to repair it. Vacuums are not strong. They change there hours without notifying the customers. Customer service make nothing but excuses for there rude employees. The only thing they have is location. Nothing in the area, $44 for what? Can't wait to move and find a different car wash company.

Sara the manager here is rude unprofessional and incompetent. After doing business without any issues for 4 years…. I purchased 3 month gift cards for my family for our 3 vehicles. I applied them correctly in the app. I was charged $110.97 the next month. I called and spoke to Sara at which time she told me there was nothing she could do and that I must have done something wrong. Unfortunately the gift cards ended up in the trash so I’m out over $300! She got snotty and blamed me. I told her what I thought of her and hung up. Terrible business!

Tommy's car wash is great. Good job cleaning and free vacuum. Also they have machines for floor mats. Easy access.

This place left hard water stains on my hood and when I asked for them to remove the stains they told me to go to a detailer at my own expense. No responsibility at all. Take your car somewhere else
