Not only this store, I consider that the worst courier service in the USA is UPS, my package (1Z4JT2N90207541273) was sent to be delivered in 2 days of flight, arriving 6 days later, I made the claim to UPS and the response was that they could not make the refund After several attempts during long hours online, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE

Don't rely on honesty at this store. Friday morning at 9:05 a.m. I requested to ship a package with USPS and was told cost was approximately $63. Urged to ship with UPS at a cost of $34.37. Questioned USPS cost as being extremely high and was told by employee #270279, "well you can go to a post office to ship with USPS". Went ahead and shipped with UPS at $34.37 and was told package would depart today, I checked the tracking number a few minutes ago and see it didn't ship today. When I got home checked USPS click-n-ship cost and was quoted $20.65 for same package.

My wife and I visited this store to ship back some items we acquired on vacation. We were absolutely amazed by the mother/daughter duo that run this place. Efficient, hardworking, & good attitudes. Our souvenirs got delivered recently and they were packed very well. Great job, keep it up.

Traci Quade, who is apparently the manager, was completely unprofessional and defensive for no reason. I needed to print out a label and ship something. so, I use their self-service computer to do so. We followed the steps and reached a step that was not posted on the list. We had 5 minutes to login, send, and verify the print job. I initially asked if there was anyone who can help with verification in a very respectful, soft spoken manner. she immediately huff, puffed and rolled her eyes while she grabbed her tablet, tried to verify, and threw it back on the counter. After we ran out of time while waiting for approval, which never happened, we extended and tried again. well, it didn't work again. When I mentioned to her the verification didn't go through , she immediately started yelling at me saying " you should have told me sooner!" I don't know if she's just fed up with that computer or she just didn't like us from first sight since she was super friendly with all the non ethic customers but clearly that couldn't have been the first time someone had an issue with that computer. I usually don't complain since I know people have their off days and still need to pay their bills but this was overtly disrespectful and, as an ER doc & ex-army medic, I have pretty thick skin to say the least. I contacted corporate and will be following up soon.

The manger Traci Quade was extremely rude in-front of other customers when I asked for help because their instructions on the wall for printing weren’t clear and missing the verification step. Because of this I had to double pay and their email wasn’t working so I almost had to pay a 3rd time. When I told her this issue she told me I should have asked her for the verification sooner. When it says no where to ask the front. And continued to argue.

I was just appointed when I looked up on the maps for UPS store usually they have trinkets and cards and stuff in there as gifts for people this place was just a mailbox thing and mail out stuff. To me that is not a UPS store that is just UPS

Terrible insecure service.! Twice now my $350 box of boutique Wines, shipped from California, have disappeared. I was told they held the shipment for a charge of $5 per day. I am happy to pay. However, for the second time, my box is not at the facility and there is no evidence of where it could be. I will no longer use this facility

my wife got excellent service here. wasn’t able to catch the name but on 9/20/23 the new young lady working in the morning handled everything quickly and with professionalism. good people here
