Even though it was our first time there, the entire staff made my cat Cinders feel at ease. Their attentiveness, care, compassion and knowledge made me and my husband feel at ease too. Thanks to all the staff, my (almost) 18 year old cat is doing so much better.

Tigger and Calvin are healthy and happy because of the great care and loving kindness you give them every time we visit! Thank you Dr. Presley and staff.
I’ve recommended you to all my neighbors here in Hampton Lakes!

We've been taking our pets to Verandah Pet Hospital ever since we moved to this area in 2003.
It started with our chocolate Lab, Coco, who has since passed away and now our cat, Maurice "Morris" Cat who has the pleasure of having Dr Presley as his vet!
Dr Presley is a wonderful, kind and empathic vet and she takes great care of our cat whenever he has to go in for any treatment.
The staff/techs are always welcoming as well and you know that they have your pets interest at heart.
I highly recommend Verandah Pet Hospital for all your pets!

very poor service! only interested in money! unprofessional and WILL never go there again! poor pup has a tooth abscess! wanted to do an endroconogy work up and allergy work up! got very indignant we won't wouldn't agree to a $2100 teeth cleaning! Almost didn't prescribe an antibiotic 4 a tooth abscess! Against her better judgment! what a joke she is! called local vet at home and he took care of us! ulShe is unprofessiinal and a DSGRACe to her profession! ! incompetent in my opinion and uncaring!

Our 5 pound hybrid breed was brought in by my daughter for ear inflammation (no open wounds nor oozing etc.) and a heart worm test. The vet thought it was necessary to give her an injection plus "pack her ear with medication" and send her home with additional treatment. They charged $360 (and the vet tried to add an additional oral medication as my daughter was checking out). When I called and expressed my deep disappointment for the cost to helpalleviate ear inflammation, the woman retorted 'you gave your daughter permission to accept the medication.' My response is as follows: I gave her permission to accept reasonable treatment but not permission to be taken advantage of.I understand that serious medical needs render higher prices. However, treating a 5 pound dog for ear inflammation should not result in $360. *Over treating to make a higher profit very well may be the case here.* After placing her in her pet home to avoid her rubbing the ear ointment on rugs and furniture, she vomitted quite a bit! When I called to let the nurse know I would be returning the additional topical medication, they placed me on hold and never got back to me. I am so glad my daughter did not accept the oral medication even on top of all this. Would my dog even be alive right now if she had?

Poor follow up on your pets surgery. Ask for credit card prior to even being seen and charged it! Over 1800.00 and still pet not well! Calls not return . Reason they stated computer broke unable to follow up will reading X-ray 10 days later still no follow up.!no call return. Very frustrated and concerned pet owner!!
