The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I had to walk around feces and toilet paper everywhere on the ground. The management needs to enforce regular cleaning duties.

The sign literally says complimentary cup of water or ice with purchase, any additional cups are .50cents....but I guess purchasing gas is not included with a free cup of ice or water...
The ladies were rude and didn't even care when I tried to tell them I only have one cup not two, and I thought first is complimentary with purchase... I may only had put $10 in gas, but pleas fix the sign accordingly if gas is not included in complimentary single cup. Also I had to get XXL cup and only filled .it half way of water cus the small cups had no lid. Thank god someone behind paid for it. Cus I needed the gas I was on E and forgot my debit card. I also get the attitude from the girls if I was begging to take 2 free cups or if I was begging to take a cup without a purchase. But I think all employees should be on same page.
Horrible location, worst attitudes by employees, I work in customer service, and my reaction to her was simply fine take it back. I didn't even fight it. But the company has to fix the sign excluding gas or get all workers on same page

Because of the membership people, the line takes triple to quadruple the average time of a convenience store . They have to get their phones or find their keys and whole process of just adding time . its the most inconvenience store around , people also park at the pumps and go inside to order food . it's more of an entitled crowd here than any other. super weird

1 star. 3 times this week I've attempted to stop in and get food between 1-3am and have been told "Not serving food" or something similar yet they have no problem making food for friends???

I ordered a pizza with my rewards and it told me I had 15 minutes to redeem it at the store. I live 2 minutes away. When I got there there was one person I. Front of me. No big deal. This was the first time using my rewards so I asked the cashier if I did it right. He tried but was unable to see what I had done so he called the manager. She finally came out about 10 minutes later. And tried for about 10 minutes and couldn’t figure it out . And then I suggested that maybe we were out of time. She had told me that I waited too long….couldn’t believe my ears. Then started belittling me in front of the customers. I asked so what do we do now. She replied. Go over there and wait. Ok so finally 15 minutes later I got my pizza. I apologized for not understanding the app. All she did was give me a grin as I walked out the door. When I got home she had poured garlic sauce all o Ed the pizza to where it was soggy and inedible. All I could taste was enough garlic to ward off a vampire. Tossed it in the garbage because I would not trust her behind the scenes making me another one. Needless to say I will never order food from this particular store again

Absolute worst Wawawa store in history with employees here. Nastiest ugliest meanest Wawawa ever stay away do not do any business here. Cashier was the nastiest meanest tried to STEAL my lotto tickets!!!!! Do not go to this store!!!!!!!! The store is nothing but thieves, and they are not clean with the food in any way shape or form!

Filthiest bathroom you'll ever see, didn't just happen either walls were caked with dried feces and mirror had layers of dried filth. Sloppy unprofessional maintenance and tile repairs beneath the filth. It goes beyond having careless, disinterested employees or shift leads or even the store manager and speaks poorly for the wawa franchise and even the state health board that a store that serves hot and cold unpackaged food is allowed to maintain such a cesspool of a restroom facility that their staff are using immediately before fixing your turkey sandwich. Amazing the callous greed of a store making 5 figure daily sales and they won't hire a competent cleaner or janitorial service to maintain their facilities for staff and customers.

Worst customer service ever, no employees in the cash register with a long line of customers, coffee machines broke like usual ( 3rd time in one week) called the manager for help was not helpful at all plus I couldn’t get my stuff because they don’t have a change for $100 bill lol.

Joyce is a God send to this store, and when shes not there, Kristina is a great person to help you, they are always a pleasure. I go here twice a day, sometimes more.

Me and my wife grew up in the villas and have been here since the Wawa was a hotel and we LOVE Wawa ,we usually would come once a day at least but a couple months ago my wife came back from Wawa and said one of the cashiers (an older short white woman ,with short curly dark and grey hair ) were off with her and treated her not so friendly like she wasn’t supposed to be there but I told her maybe the lady was just having a bad day . So I went back a couple days later and was checking out and I noticed the woman she described as the cashier so while checking out I heard her say something slick to one of the customers infront of me and the customer laughed it off so I figured they might know each other but then when it was my turn the lady was really short with her conversation and made me feel really really uncomfortable and unwelcomed so I asked if something was wrong to which she replied “ no what’s your issue and threw my item on the counter almost at me !!! I was shocked to say the least and the management should not have someone working in customer service that acts like she hates it there and makes your every day customers uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back to this store until something is done and it’s kind of dirty in there now so if they aren’t cleaning I doubt they’ll attempt to talk to their employees about disrespecting customers that their business depends on . Took a picture of the cigarette butts on the floor when you walk ?. Do better Wawa please

Wawa is great and has tons of options, but the chicken quesadilla was the worst quesadilla i’ve ever had. Definitely don’t recommend.
