I started having issues with my Dodge chargers power steering, and my buddy recommended I take it to Franklins shop as he had previously had great experiences using his service. I gave Franklin’s a call, and he immediately told me to come by that same afternoon for them to take a look and give me assessment of the issue. Once I arrived, Franklin and Matthew reviewed the vehicle and gave me their diagnosis. It all made sense based on the issues I was facing so I went ahead and left it over night to be addressed. By 9:30am the next day, Franklin gave me a call to let me know all was taken care of. I picked up the vehicle and it was immediately obvious that the diagnosis and fix was on point. My car is now driving excellently again. I found my experience with this shop to be very fair and honest. Thanks to the team!

I made them change my radiator in few other things . in paid 1500 in my radiator tell this day still leaks & what makes it worst I know things can happen I took my car to the shop for another issue besides replace the battery since it was under warranty…. They told me theirs something killing battery they need diagnose it…It took them 4 weeks .They did not call me I just went their in they say it was fixed in charge me 50. last time doing business with them .Honestly the owner is getting older in losing his touch

My boss referred me to this place, my lil Corolla needed an oil change and they did it super quick for me and charged a good price. Didn’t try to scam/upsell anything to me which is amazing because unfortunately this happens a lot and especially to women. I’ve had horrible experiences at firestones and other places so this will be a nice place to take my car for oil changes and little things she might need. :) thanks!

The guys I talked to at Whiskey Creek Auto were dishonest. They said I needed a repair that would cost $4,000. I took it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with my car. I would never recommend going here after that experience.

Franklin worked on my 1989 Mustang. Fixed several small nagging issues. Now it operates like a new car. Very knowledgeable about older and newer vehicles.

I worked for Frank and let me say this that everyone who takes their vehicles? There is getting ripped off that man had a homeless dude robb the store next door and then blamed it on me he purposely does stuff to the vehicles to make money off y'all. That man is a crook. His grandson even said it. My finger was almost cut off. He had no workman's comp to pay for it and then fired me because I showed up to late a couple days afterwards because of my finger stole my tools. Stole another employees tools named Terry and my name is Rob. That man is a crook. Stay away from that garage if you value your vehicle and you value honesty and trustworthiness because he is none of those

My experience with Whiskey Creek Auto Service was an amazing experience especially for my car and future cars. Upon finding a new mechanic because new to Fort Myers, I found Whiskey Creek Auto for apparently hub barring for right front passenger side. My mechanic was a very intelligent, efficient, diligent and respectful operating to what my car needed. Matthew (the mechanic) even allowed me to watch from a safe perimeter of course. Everything was finished time wise and worth the money. Whiskey Creek Auto Service has been my go to shop for the past three years and I'm never changing. Mechanics work hard!

This shop doesn’t deserve the one star I was forced to click in order to leave a review. Long story short they have no idea what they are doing and take no responsibility for their mistakes(damages they caused due to plugging things in the wrong place) but will quickly tell you that you are in need of more parts (at your expense of course) in order to fix the new problems you’re car now has that it didn’t have prior to entering Franklins shop! If you are looking for an honest dependable shop I suggest you go to leading edge auto in which is where I took my car and learned of why I had so many new issues and that I in no doubt had been lied to by the owner “Franklin” at whisky creek auto!!! I was robbed of $2000 but will chalk it up as a learning experience and hopefully this review will save others from a costly mistake!!! P.S. I was informed by a friend that the owner is saying that I wasn’t ever a customer and disputing this review with Google…yes I was absolutely a customer and everything in this review is absolutely true!

Terrible shop, terrible owner. They will damage your car and lie about it. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache of dealing with these people. Mechanic hit a pole backing my car in and damaging my bumper and denied it. The paint from my car was on the pole and still lied. Owner didn’t want to make things right. Save yourself and don’t deal with liars!

Franklin at whiskey creek auto and his team are extremely professional reasonably priced and quick with the work. If you’re looking for an auto repair shop look no further, he took care of me and laid out a plan to refurbish by 20 year old S 10 pick up truck. They took care of by temperature sensor valve, cover gasket, front brakes, and pads Lubed up gears for me and I was just so happy to have found a shop that I drove by thousands of times on McGregor. I will be back for a few more repairs and will use this auto repair shop exclusively.
