I have taken both of my kids here multiple times. The women that work here are friendly, funny and most importantly, do a great job cutting the kids hair.I used to take them to a place just around the corner. But after several times of not being acknowledged and waiting without knowing how long we’d be there or if they could even cut the kids hair, I made the switch. And I’m glad I did.I am very grateful to have found this place. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I went to fantastic sams and heyia waited on me. Very polite and well mannered . She paid very much to what I wanted and what the lady in front of me wanted. Very patient

I would like to leave a good review but they overcharged me by a lot and when I reached out to their customer service a couple weeks ago I never got a response. I brought myself and my daughter in for a trim each. The website says a haircut comes with a shampoo. We didn't receive shampoo and wash, and the price online said 10$ for children, and 15$ for adults. I was charged overall 40$ which absolutely doesn't add up. It should have been 25$ plus a little tax of course. I was very disappointed that they either falsely advertised prices and the wash or the lady we had didn't do the job correctly and overcharged us. I had a nice visit there and would have liked to return but with them ignoring me over these two Issues cannot return or recommend. The lady spent all of five minutes cutting a few strands on both of us and then seemed to charge 20$ for that, totally unacceptable.

I asked if they knew how to work with curly hair and her response was we all have a license, that should of been my clue to leave because that was not my question. I asked for a trim and she cute more than an inch and a gap in front that does not blend to the back. I still paid and tip, but I hate how it is a trend now that we don't voice our dislike because they can turn it around on that person and make them look bad, but I paid for the service I should get what I asked for! I would of preferred that if she didn't feel comfortable to send me to someone else and her customer service was bad.Service: Curly hair
